No No No! Takes extremely long EVERYTIME I come. This don’t make no sense. Asked them to make two chocolate milkshakes and they asked me two different times to re tell them my order, and STILL took a long time.

Visit the store about once every 1-2 weeks whenever in the area for an icing on the cake milkshake 😋 Friendly staff and always clean inside the store.
Only dislike is the mobile app and ordering experience is dated and lengthy… however this is out of the control of the store and does not impact my experience of the store itself.

Disappointing...got two 2-scoop Sundays for me and my sister for mother's day and there is no way there were 2 scoops of ice cream. We willl be going to Andy's from now on.
The ladies that worked this afternoon on 3/3 were absolutely great they had a huge crowd the line wrapped around the lobby twice. Not only did they handle this large crowd with grace they were extremely nice and patient while working quickly at that. Amazing customer service which you don’t see a whole lot of these days. This experience made my day better. Thank you to them!!!!
