The ladies that worked this afternoon on 3/3 were absolutely great they had a huge crowd the line wrapped around the lobby twice. Not only did they handle this large crowd with grace they were extremely nice and patient while working quickly at that. Amazing customer service which you don’t see a whole lot of these days. This experience made my day better. Thank you to them!!!!

Baskin-Robbins offers a wide array of delectable ice cream flavors, perfect for satisfying any sweet tooth. The variety is fantastic, but occasional consistency issues hold it back from a full 5 stars. Nonetheless, the friendly staff and fun atmosphere make it a go-to spot for a delightful treat!

My most favorite place for having ice cream. The sweetness in their ice creams is absolutely perfect for me. Sometimes I become fanatic on having strawberry cheesecake ice cream and pistachio-almond flavored ice cream ???

Ice cream went bad? Normally I love Baskin Robbins, but unfortunately I'm not sure if I should go back to this location again. I went with 2 friends, and we each got 2 scoops with different flavors. All three of us got sick the next day. Not sure if there was some sort of refrigeration problem or every flavor we got went bad. I had to leave work early.

I found why this place is awful. it is the boss. he is stingy. my 3 scoop sundaes should be 2.5 ounces. I barely get half a cup. he doesnt believe in this employees getting tips and pays them bare wages. I pay for extra toppings and get crumbs. avoid avoid avoid. Go to starring lane Basking Robbins. employees treated better. proper serving sizes and when you pay for EXTRA you get it. tip those nice workers too. they work hard. posted on every review site. bad bosses should be called out.

Before I go further, the service from the employees was top notch, the mid rating was purely based on the owner not improving the infrastructure of the inside of the building. Great ice cream, as expected, "meh" range location inside for a strip mall.
