I was looking for ice cream shops near me as I was heavily craving it at the time and the first thing that popped up was this location. It definitely felt like they were overcharging me when I asked for a normal cup of ice cream. After it was given, I noticed the part where the workers are was dirty and I even saw bugs hanging around there… It caught me by surprise as it was the first time I’ve ever seen BUGS at an establishment.

Did not get to get any ice cream. Two girls working and one was just staring and smiling while other woman was working. I waited even after she looked at me. One of the girls had a very bad attitude, when all I wanted was some ice cream. Thank you, but never again will you be getting my service.

Wouldn't eat here even if they gave me a free lifetime supply. There's definitely an overlooked roach infestation. I was deciding on an ice cream flavor before I saw a roach crawling on the back counter, and I immediately lost my appetite.

this place is dreadful. i don't even think there's enough horrendous words to describe my experience. first off, the outside is horrible as well. it looks ghetto and not well taken care of. when you walk in you can tell from the atmosphere you're going to walk out with a trash can full of vomit in one hand and roach spray in the other. i wouldn't even wish this horrid ice cream on my worst enemy. pray for the well being of anyone who has come to eat here. there are roaches everywhere, as i was washing my hands, a roach peaked up to say hello as if they had been trained. that is not normal. someone needs to get ahold of this place and shut it down before it becomes a bio hazard and the death of Louisiana. may God protect everyone who has walked in, and the people who have been able to walk out of this establishment.
