I went to pick up an order and was told that half of it was not available but that the store couldn't give me a refund, thus sending me to the hell of trying to call a customer service number for a refund. But also, I ordered a freshly packed quart and was given a pre-packed quart, which like - c'mon guys, you've overcharged me. The fresh pack is more expensive than the pre-pack, the difference actually matters. Extremely disappointed and hoping to get my money back soon.

I am extremely disappointed with the cake I received from this Baskin-Robbins location. I specifically ordered a polar bear cake, and what I was given looks nothing like the design advertised or shown when ordering.
The face was poorly constructed, uneven, and sloppy. The frosting was messily applied, the features were misplaced, and the overall presentation looked rushed and careless. This cake was meant for a special occasion, and it was honestly embarrassing to present.
What makes this more frustrating is that the reference photos clearly show a neat, well-defined design, yet what I received was nowhere close. For the price paid, I expected a reasonable level of quality and attention to detail.
I would not recommend ordering a custom or character cake from this location unless you are prepared to be disappointed.
