Good local craft beers, and good craft beer from abroad. Nice little snack menu and outside seating for you that smoke or vape. They have a pool table and the music can be requested, so no jukebox.

Come here and meet āMalort Madi,ā the most honest and genuine bartender this side of the Mississippi. In all seriousness, sheās awesome and she will sell you Malort. Do it.

This place has completely fallen off. Iām not sure if it is under new management, but this used to be my favorite place in downtown for a bite and a beer.
No more patio, the menu is shortened and more expensive, the food quality has tanked, service has tanked, itās getting dirtier and dirtier.. this place is a far-cry of what it used to be just several months ago. Makes me sad. Was hoping they could turn it around, but no :(

Absolutely disgusted by the treatment I received at Bengal Tap. Tiffany, who claims to be the manager, flat-out refused to serve me after I made a simple, harmless comment to another customer about how polite he was ā unlike the staff. Thatās all I said, and suddenly I was being treated like a problem.
Letās be real: if I wasnāt Black, this situation wouldāve gone very differently. Iām sick and tired of African American people being labeled as āaggressiveā or ācausing a sceneā just for speaking the truth. I didnāt yell, I didnāt threaten ā I shared an opinion. And for that, I was humiliated and denied service?
This is more than bad customer service ā itās racial bias, plain and simple. Danny (the owner) needs to seriously rethink who heās trusting to represent his business. The fact that this kind of behavior is allowed to happen is disgusting, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I wonāt be back, and I hope others think twice before spending a dime at Bengal Tap.

Friday night at 630pm and literally 6 people as customers. Bartender very helpful on beers but kitchen cook sitting at the bar and was excited to try food here based on old pictures but totally dead. Front of place makes it look closed. We had beers and went somewhere else for food. Website doesn't even work and looks like they are on their way to closure. Chairs on the tables in the front of the bar and zero vibe.

Went here just to get a quick bite to eat, the workers were friendly and the appetizers we chose were delicious. The chicken and fries were well seasoned, the spinach and artichoke dip was good just wished it had more of a spinach taste.
