Berthelot‘s Crawfish Company

I visit this location quite often. I recently called about my order, which was barely warmed and literally tasted like day-old crawfish even the sides. Additionally, I did not receive my citrus butter.

As a regular customer, I asked for either a refund or a replacement order—especially considering how far I live and my understanding that everyone has off days. However, after checking my card, I saw that I was only issued a refund for the butter.

Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning

Me and my girlfriend of one year really enjoyed this place. We were the only ones who ate in the store and during that time we had great conversions with the owner. The food was amazing and the prices were really unbeatable, so I left a $10 tip and I am confident to say that I don’t regret spending my money here. We had 6lbs of crawfish and two turkey necks, in total $30. The owner and the lady who also works in the restaurant are extremely polite and helpful. I would highly recommend going and checking them out. I will be back forsure.

Crawfish were hot. Crawfish were also a bit over cook. Corn was dried out and potatoes was gummy. I believe it was old or over cooked. The season was pretty good.

This by far is the best place to eat crawfish in Baton Rouge. As Self A AppointedCrawfish Expert I’ve tried everywhere In Baton Rouge, more than once. You can’t beat the consistency and the quality of Berthelots. Also, it’s not just to go market, .there are Tables to sit down and eat For those that want to have Crawfish now. I also like the fact that they have garlic ,mushrooms, potatoes corn, Neck bone , Turkey neckbone , Sausage and more. ,

Visiting from Dallas Texas we found this place on Yelp. The food was amazing the customer service was excellent. Best prices. We had so much food for $30 i felt like we were underpaying.

They has solid deals on seafood locally.

Came approximately 30mins before closing and ordered crawfish, the lady however failed to inform me that these were freaking COLD crawfish! After I drove off and reached in the bag to take the dipping sauce out because I don’t like for it to be in the bag with my “hot” crawfish and my sauce gets hot and that’s when I immediately called the store and the lady claims as they just put them in the cooler before closing. Well I would have appreciated having a choice if I wanted to spend my money on cold food that’s suppose to be served hot. For this reason I won’t be back! I could have took my $30 and spent it on a actual hot meal.

Awesome Food and Awesome Service and Friendly staff

So incredible! Went through the drive through with a HUGE order. We needed each one bagged individually and was treated so nicely. Crawfish was spicey and fresh. Will DEFINITELY be coming back.

I'm the kind of person who doesn't like to change up on the place where I get my boiled seafood. Berthelot's was very good. The boiled crawfish was on point, and the boiled shrimp was on point as well. I think I have found a new spot. Parking is limited, but there's a drive-thu. Stop by and try them out. You won't be disappointed.

Crawfish were really good. Customer service was awesome. We ate inside and it was clean. My only suggestion/complaint and it’s not only them I’ve seen do it. I like my corn and potatoes to come out of the same boil as the crawfish. They come separate so you don’t get all the flavor of the boil on your sides. Other than that it was a great place to get crawfish.
