Kapria was the absolute best person for our table. She was so kind and so patient (which was even better because it was my girlfriend’s birthday) and she made us feel so welcomed. My entire group loved her!

My friend was throwing her daughter a gender reveal/baby shower at this restaurant. The restaurant promised her the upstairs area but we ended up downstairs. The area was so hot it was miserable. I had sweat running down my back, that’s how hot it was in the downstairs area. To make matters worse the waitress never asked for our drink orders or brought silverware to our table. We had to ask for silverware, to go boxes, and our bill. While my friend’s daughter was opening her baby shower gifts, someone came to inform her that we needed to hurry up and finish. That was just rude. My friend made the reservation from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, we were wrapping things up. It wasn’t necessary to interrupt her while opening the gifts to tell her to wrap it up. This will be my first and last time visiting this restaurant.

I attended a baby shower/gender reveal at Bianka Restaurants in Baton Rouge. The organizer of the event contacted the restaurant several months in advance to ask about hosting the occasion. She was instructed to arrange the event
one week before it occurs and that a deposit would be necessary. She
arrived at the restaurant one week
early as instructed, prepared to make a deposit for her reservation. She was given a tour of the restaurant and
selected the air-conditioned area on the upper floor, indicating that an
additional table would be required for the gifts. When she asked about making the deposit payment, the representative
replied that it was not required.
On the day of the event, we discovered
that the upstairs area was apparently
reserved by two different parties.
The quality of customer service was extremely poor. To begin with,
no apology was provided for the alleged
double booking. We were not offered an accommodating seating area due to their mishap. We were placed in an area lacking ventilation where hookahs were in use. The waitress, Kapria, did not
provide her name (I discovered her name after requesting an itemized receipt).
Due to the heat in our seating area, she stated that she would get water for everyone. She did not take any drink
orders. We had to request the menus, and while distributing them, Kapria mentioned that there weren't enough copies for everyone, suggesting that some of us use the QR codes that were on the table. The prices listed on the physical menus and the QR codes were inconsistent. When we asked if they could honor the lower price due to misleading information, they claimed they couldn't modify the costs. The table was never cleared of its QR codes.
We had to request silverware when we got the food. After sitting there for two hours, another customer opened the windows to help mitigate the heat. To add to our frustration, we were rushed to finish up minutes before our reservation was over. This gathering had twelve people, and there were just a few complaints about the food. The music and decor were nice.
Upon leaving, we noticed that only one person was seated in the supposedly double-booked area. This restaurant seems to be better suited for smaller gatherings. I would not suggest organizing an event for a large group here. As a side note, there is an auto-gratuity for a party of four.
