The food was okay. The wait for the food was a little long. We went on Valentine's Day so that's to be expected.

So, BJ’s has been a late night saving grace for our family on many occasions. However, yesterday Ivanny took it to a higher level! I am personally a people pleaser. I chase broken nest and others and try to fix things or glue them back together the best I can. When people like me are down, we are really down. Yesterday was one of those days and I could not get my Pazooki in place to come to the rescue. I had a Pazooki in queue in my rewards and I could not get the reward to process in my app. Out of desperation, I called BJ’s like a whiny toddler, pleading for help. Ivanny listen to me whine… then (wait for it) SHE HELPED ME!!!! She processed my order over the phone I got my rewards number you got the Pazooki rolling and gave me an ETA. As I arrived at the restaurant distraught (again!) because I did not have any cash on me, and my Pazooki was free. I asked her for a method that I can get her a digital payment cash app Venmo, whatever. She smiled and said don’t worry about it I got you! WAIT!!! WHAT?!?! Someone took the time to fix me? She didn’t want anything in return? She even took the time to laugh and joke with me. There was another server there as well. I did not get her name. She was incredibly kind as well. A young blonde had to be early 20s not scorned by life yet because she was happy too!

When I tell you, my day was garbage yesterday and these two awesome servers are did more for me in 15 minutes than I ever could imagined!

I love the service industry, and I certainly appreciate people in the service industry that love serving others. Thank you BJ’s for having servers “that truly care about people” within our reach, because yesterday this fixer needed fixing!

Oh! And also, thank you for Salted caramel Pazooki’s (especially free ones)!! 🙌🏻

Went out to eat with my mom , and we both had a wonderful time. Can't wait to go again

Party of 10 on December 21, 2024 and we arrived at about 5:30pm. We intended to celebrate a birthday here at BJ's near the Mall of Louisiana. We traveled over 70 miles to dine at this location. Passed on numerous dining options in the area to dine at this BJ's. We could have gone anywhere on the Gulf Coast and in New Orleans but the guest of honor wanted to celebrate with family here. We made several attempts to reserve seating via telephone but the phone service at BJ's was not working. When we arrivedat 5:30, the hostess admitted that BJ'S was experiencing issues with their phones. Unfortunately, the hostess and manager on duty were not at all concerned about our purpose for being here or accommodating us. The dining room was no where close to full capacity. it was acutually quite empty in large sections. The hostess showed us a booth that would have been too small. She went on to summon a manager. The manager came out, and she never once greeted us politely. She did not give her name. She didn't thank us for choosing BJ'S. In a very impersonal tone, the manger said, "You only have 2 options, either we separate your party or you wait 1 hour and 45 minutes ." We took option #3, and that option was us leaving to take our family & hard earned money to another restaurant where we felt very welcomed and appreciated. We DID NOT deserve this treatment we received at BJ's.

It was our first visit to BJ's. We were celebrating my friend birthday. We all ordered BJ Ribeye Steak Dinners. The steaks were served luke warm. The baked potatoes were very dry and hard like they were cooked days ago and re-warmed. The birthday girl lemon drop tasted like lemonade. The beers were not very cold. We were all very disappointed with our meals and drinks. The price for 3-meals and 6- drinks was over $200. We will never return or suggest anyone to dine here. Went eat out for my birthday and our waitress Phoebe was PHENOMENAL. She held great conversation, got out our drinks in a great time, made sure we was extremely happy with our meals, she was extremely friendly and welcoming. She made our whole night and made me feel very special for my birthday. she was by far the best server i’ve had at this establishment. everytime the food and drinks are delicious. 10/10 service, drinks and food highly recommend.

Went here for dinner with my partner on a Sunday evening around 4:30pm. First, we waited about 30 minutes for a table (the restaurant itself was not even half way full). Our server came and was pleasant at first. We got our appetizer and halfway through eating it, I noticed a hair in our food. I already don’t like to be a bother at restaurants, but I needed this issue addressed with my server. When I told her, she proceeded to give me a dirty look, as if I had stuck my own hair in there, and snatch it off my table with an attitude. She never came back to tell us how the issue was going to be resolved. Then our food comes out. It was barely warm and missing items. Once we flagged her down, we politely asked her if there was any way to get the missing sauce to my meal (Parmesan chicken) whenever she had the chance. She again proceeded to have an attitude and say “I don’t know” and walked away. At this point I was over it. I didn’t want to even finish my food there. The service was so incredibly awful. The food was not good. There were bugs flying around everywhere and our table was dirty when we sat down.
