I attempted to order a pizza on Friday May 3, 2024. A young lady was in the process of taking my order when one of the young men who had just got through cleaning the lobby without washing his hands placed on some gloves to retrieve the pizza dough for my pizza. When I asked for olive oil as a base on my pizza the young black dude in the back started laughing with the young white guy who was holding my pizza dough to start the process. I asked what was funny I guess they had never heard of olive oil as a base on a pizza. I ignored it and continued to try to select my toppings when I noticed the broccoli had fell on the dirty counter and was placed on the pizza. The broccoli was not fresh. It had brown spots. The lil black dude continued to laugh with the young lady who had told me earlier "Don't mind him, he do too much. I left in the process of fixing a pizza and went elsewhere.

I've eaten at Blaze in many places and choose it because the food is usually delicious and the service is great for someone who can't have gluten. When I gave my order they marked it allergy but the young woman putting the sauce on used the same utensil she used for regular dough and when I pointed it out she and two other employees acted like I was being unreasonable by asking for a new dough and to use a clean utensil. One went so far as to say in front of me "No one else has ever complained about it." And her lead begrudgingly giving her permission to get a new one but all of them acting like I'm being weird. I never raised voice and calmly asked questions and made the request. When I asked the young man pulling them from the oven if he would use a clean cutter he said of course the one we use for gf is right here. As if it was part of protocol. I thanked them all but felt so uncomfortable at this point.If you have a food restriction I wouldn't recommend this establishment. Very disappointed because I've never had this reaction at a Blaze pizza before.Dietary restrictions: Normally I have no problem with a gluten allergy at Blaze but the staff made me feel like my requests that have been normal at other Blaze establishments were ridiculous.

Ordered online wasnt able to chose drink even though they were required as part of online only deal. Ordered curbside fron direct website, instructions said to call when i arrived. 3 minutes after estimated time i pulled up called inside. Person who answered said they dont do curbside delivery and asked if i ordered off of door dash. Pretty sad as in sure that was the manager and doesnt even know what the website looks like. They have the cookies that came with the meal ready and place two small cups on the counter. Like the small water cups you get in a fast food place for water. So there i waited for 15 minutes until the pizza was ready. At leaat 2 customers came in after me and got theirs before me. Get home take a bite out of the pizza its pure trash, pizza looked like trash on cardboard,; tasted like it too. Never going back. I do not recimmend.

We made a stop at Blaze Pizza while out on some deliveries, and I have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed. The service was outstanding, the pizza delicious, and the place was spotless. The staff was not only friendly but also very helpful in guiding us through the ordering process, making our first visit a breeze. I'm definitely impressed, and we'll surely be returning to Blaze Pizza next time we're in Baton Rouge. Plus, you get a generous amount of pizza for your order!

So I ordered some meatballs with jalapeños and I ended up getting banana peppers. I took it back and they did fix it a bit they took the banana peppers out but they used the same bowl for the jalapeños. I mean it wasn't horrible but I could still taste them and they are disgusting to my palette.over all the people were great but my taste buds are not happy. I just wish they had made a new one. Every thing else was great!

Great pizza but my favorite thing was the lids for the drinks. They don't use straws!!! A+++!
I don't know why I want them to be bad but they are freaking awesome. I love the thin crunchy crust and awesome portions of toppings along with price ain't too bad! Seriously where has Blaze been all my life?! Every time I order it is amazing! I've tried other places but I always come back to Blaze every time. It is full proof!

Ordering takes way too long. If you want to be in and in under an hour, good luck. I had just 5 people in the line and left after waiting 20 minutes with 3 people still in line. Quality is good from previous visits but service seems to have gone down hill.

I wish I had pictures! Pizza was excellent! Cheesey bread was excellent!But seriously, my favorite was the berry salad!!!!The service was excellent as well!When we are back in BTR, we'll be back!!!!Vegetarian options: Salads are excellent!!

Lovely Experience at Blaze. We came in before noon and were served quickly and the staff was very friendly. One of the workers actually came to the table to check if we were satisfied with our food, customer service seems important to this locations values. The pizza was good as well as the pesto breadsticks. Hoping to be in the area again to eat here!
