Great customer service, everyone is so nice and the drinks taste so good, the food was filling and I like the meat pie the most it’s soft and buttery and the meat is good.

Everything was delicious! I got jasmine milk tea with brown sugar and honey boba, chocolate bear bun, and pate chaud. The pastry is unbelievably flaky. Highly recommend warming them. Very cozy cafe with very polite employees

The bubble tea and coffee were fine, but the sausage bread had mold on the bottom of it that we didn't notice until we were halfway done with it. We were given a complete refund for our entire order but we still wanted to let others know about the risk of mold on the bread items.

I tried boba once years before and didn’t care for it. It must have not been good boba because I tried this place out and drank it down to the last drop! The service was very friendly and they were happy to explain things to me. I will definitely come back.
Love this place. Took my daughters for a sweet treat. Last time we had brown sugar milk drink and the black tea both were great! Girls had bear bun and cream cheese croissant and I had a meat bun all three were great. Cute spot for a mommy daughter moment!

I didn’t like my drink it had a sour element to it and I’m just not into that. I told them can I get a new drink or get a refund and they told me no that they don’t give refunds or make new drinks if someone doesn’t like it and they sat there going back and forth me. I personally work in a coffee shop and when someone doesn’t like a drink we either remake it, make them something else or refund.

So sad to leave a review this low, especially because I do love this business and am a frequent customer. However today as I’m sitting here watching children come in here with their families, it feels as though I’m in a night club and not the usual family friendly establishment I love to support. Hearing the most vile, graphic rap lyrics blaring through the speakers that it’s hard to even hear and concentrate on the conversation I’m trying to have. Really hope this type of atmosphere isn’t one that’s going to be the new norm.

Drinks and food are great. Staff is always very friendly. I have had a consistently great experience in here when it comes to those things. However, the last few times I’ve been here the music playing in the establishment has been horrible. Vulgar lyrics and words that families have no business in hearing. It definitely detracts from the experience and I hope they can get their act together on this front. It’s a family friendly atmosphere that is ruined by horrible music.
