My fish was taste like poop and I immediately spit it out. The water was understood and offered to replace it. I got wings and they were better but I ended up with food poisoning.

I receive excellent service every time I visit this establishment. Alyssa noticed our group was drinking quite a bit of water and not only provided a tower but also refilled it frequently. I ordered the mardi gras pasta with blackened shrimp, and it was AMAZING!!! I normally don't take pics of my food, but I wish I would have, it looked just as good as it tasted.

Parking: Can park in front or behind establishment.

I ordered online at about 2:50pm.. I received a text message saying my order will be confirmed soon. I proceeded to waited outside the restaurant in my vehicle until my food was ready. over 20 minutes went by and I did not receive an order confirmation nor was my food being made according to the link the text message provided me showing my order updates. I then tried to go inside to get an update on my order. All of the doors were locked except for 1 on the side. I asked the lady at the bar where pickup was and she proceeded to tell me that the restaurant wasn't open and that they don't open until about 5pm. I was confused because on the website it says the restaurant was open at 11:00am and it also allowed me to place an order saying the food would be ready in 25 minutes. I sat here and waited for food that I was never going to receive for another couple hours. Boil & Roux needs to do better with updating their hours and not allow customers to place orders if they claim they aren't open. I am highly upset and won't be coming back.

Very unprofessional and no one greets you and have a they just have you waiting. More of a hooka lounge or social place than a restaurant

Just know that if you’re inside eating and your car is broken into while supporting this business, they do not care. There is a string of burglaries going on. It seems to be an inside job, but y’all definitely will lose business. I truly continued to support this business even tho they’ve hit the news so many times, but at the end of the day they only care about themselves not the people

The food was a hit and missed. My food was ok but good had been better. The shrimp seemed like it was cooked the day before and they microwaved it. My daughter's smoked turkey wings were horrible. The seafood egg rolls were good. My husband enjoyed his catfish Acadian.
The manager should have more than one person trying to wait on
Over 15 people. The sad thing about this is that the waiter knew that the smoked turkey neck was awful. She shook her head. She knew that that turkey wing was nasty but she didn't take anything off our ticket.

Food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! We had a large party and everyone was raving about it. Dishes were large portions, definitely worth the money. Service and atmosphere were great. Loved the decor. The owner even came out and chatted!

I ordered a cup of seafood gumbo and was brought a cold bowl of chicken gumbo. The waitress waited until I bit into it and asked if it was hot. It wasn't. Limited menu. They were only serving brunch.... At 1:30pm. Brunch is between breakfast and lunch. Not after. I ordered the shrimp grits. Big bowl of nasty grits. 4 small shrimp. They don't tell you a refill on drinks is $3. $3 damn dollars for a fountain refill???? Make it make sense. Worst $40 I've ever spent. EVER! I want my money back. I'm telling everyone I know not to go here. I've been told the same thing. Horrible!

Horrible. This restaurant is not a very family friendly. Firstly, they were playing very vulgar music. This place wasn’t advertised as a club. Then the wait time was crazy. It was like 30-40 minutes. The waitress was not a very good waitress. Then the food didn't come out all at once. Got the first two plates then had to wait again for the rest. The plates were small. The chicken was very salty. I had ordered the french toast, it wasn’t good at all. The sausage tasted like rubber and was a little dry. The french toast tasted off almost a bitter taste. The eggs were decent, it didn’t taste like anything. The waffle for the chicken and waffle was very small, like you took a piece of a normal waffle and broke it off. For 5 people we paid $117. The chicken and waffles as well as the french toast was all $15.00. The drinks $3.00 each. Then, the waitress decided on their own accord to add their own gratuity of $18.00!!!! $18!!!! To add, the plates were very small. This is NOT how you run a business. DO NOT take your small children to this establishment. This establishment is NOT family friendly and they did not provide a heads up or list it on their website.

Kid-friendliness: Played vulgar music. One of the bartenders was smoking weed.

I'll start with the food. The oysters were detached from the shell. I wanted the charger as I do Everywhere I Go. The flavoring texture was so poor and it feels so cold when it came to us. Bus boy was busting the table about 15 minutes and we came in and got seated. He spilled a drink came back and put a wet floor sign on it, the wet floor sign was there the entire time we were dining. There was no sense of urgency and staff whatsoever we had to walk to the seating area to be seated ,no one greeted us. The concept of the Ambiance is great but, maintenance is needed. I watch the waitress stand and talk to someone for about 15 minutes before she brought me my drink by that time I said mail it into the liquor and then he started getting warm. My daughter spent over $100.. I know there's not a lot anymore. When I go out to eat I'm not just paying for my food I'm paying for an experience. To the owner I would say take some time for a weekly deep cleanings of your floors and walls. regular maintenance is the best form of prevention. Those walls definitely need to be painted. Agreed amount of dusting needs to be had on a regular. I understand that you understand. In business we must always have contingency plans. Did I say that the staff showed a sense of no urgency. The ones that spoke with polite I give them that. There was tissue paper keeping tables level. Home Depot has something you can fix the tables with people buy them all the time. People that want kitchen stuff kept walking in and out of the kitchen and customer's View. It made me very uncomfortable. The place was once I'm sure beautiful ,this is my first time being here. In order for something to last you have to show it love. This was a very unloved place. To the owner; take your time and do better. You have a beautiful gym that is slowly Turning Stone. The oil the food was fried in definitely needs to be changed.

Kid-friendliness: I think it'll be fine for kids 5 and Up
