Waited for buffetto reopen...
Extremely disappointed!
Snow crab taste SALTY, and the other options are just as bad. Save your money. Not worth the health risk

The food is pretty good for a buffet.
Overpriced, but, it's a casino convenience store. The food is fresh and good.
Went to Bon Temps Market for Saturday morning brunch with mimosas and the food was excellent.
Closed.

It’s not even a self serve buffet anymore… you have to wait for the servers to bring you your next plate.

Fun casino, lots of games. Good prices in games and food. Fun environment and good rewards system.
Restaurant closed down February 5th 2024.
Our family tradition for years was to come for the buffet at Thanksgiving, this meant no one had to cook or clean, and when a subset of the family is ready to go, they could easily leave and it not be weird because of the timing of servings. Then Covid...Thanksgiving here now is a preset plate of food. 3 thin cuts of turkey, grits/stuffing, nasty okra, a cornbread muffin, and a cranberry sauce for the turkey. It's maybe a 4/10 for a normal meal. For a thanksgiving meal it's 1/10. Quality was very low, temperatures were all over the place of wrong. Don't like turkey and want ham? Out of luck. No options. We should have known as we sat down because I saw 3 other guests complaining after receiving their plates. We will never return.

They were not busy at all, yet our service was very slow. Food and crab legs were just ok at best. To top it off they automatically add a tip to your check disguised as a “service fee” then expect you to add an additional tip on top of that. Definitely will not be

I attempted the Bon temps market twice. The first time, I was advised a 15 minute wait. After 45 minutes, we left. 15 min after leaving, i got the text that the table was ready. i came back a few hours and was quickly sat. the crab were cold and starting to go bad. they didnt even seem fresh at the time they were actually cooked either. For $40, please go somewhere else or cook them yourself. Save your money.

I should have known as soon as I came around to the "Bon Temps Grill" and it smelled like a rancid dock to keep going. Still, I thought I'd give the All You Can Eat Crabs a try. Big mistake, the crabs were cold and I imagine they'd been sitting on those buckets on the counter for at least 30 minutes. The service was almost as bad as the food. This is all after having to wait 45 minutes when there were many tables empty and many workers walking around aimlessly talking about everything under the sun except how to do their jobs correctly. Bring back the buffet and put this travesty out of its misery!

Let me tell you! It’s my moms birthday and she wanted crabs. She and I called and the recording said it was open at 11am on Saturdays. We were so excited! Got dressed up and did the valet at the casino. Well we get to the Buffett and it’s closed! What in the World!? It was such a disappointment. We wasted our time and money tipping the valet guy. I will never come back to this casino. It’s really gone down! So unprofessional.
Enjoyed the food.
Good enough bad service
