During our planning stages, they had creative suggestions on how to add other special touches to our event - like sangria and a s'mores/coffee bar. I have to give a special shout out to Ellen A., the catering manager, who helped us keep the entire night running smoothly.

I have to give a special shout out to Ellen A., the catering manager, who helped us keep the entire wedding night running smoothly. She and her wait staff even pitched in with table setup when our crew from the rental company failed to show up!
