Bonefish Grill has a cozy atmosphere! The food was fresh, hot and delicious. Nadia provided the best service, she was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the food items on the menu. I really enjoyed the shrimp tacos and the corn chowder soup.

So I ordered the bang bang shrimp and a side order of fries. My shrimp was not tossed in the sauce, the lettuce was too wet and some of it was old and not eatable. And to say I paid almost $4 for fries it looked like an extra small fry you would get in a kids meal from McDonald’s (about 10 fries) this has been the worst service from them I have experienced!!

We are from Florida and have many of these in our area, this location was the best of them all. The twist of flavor and restaurants flare. The food was served hot fresh and oh so good !!!Traveling/work here to your town this is hands down the best service food and price I have had

So, yesterday was my first time. I enjoyed EVERYTHING about it! The customer service was OUT OF THE WATER I really enjoyed the atmosphere here, it was REALLY clean. The restaurant had a great theme to go with the food! The food was my favorite part, it was FRESH, HOT, and FAST! I will 110% be back!!! *The waitress was new, but she was spectacular as well*

Started out shaky because our order was not in their system. This happened to not be their fault and the manager was absolutely great. He added in 2 pieces of cake for our trouble (which totally was not even their fault) and we asked could we pay for a small bag of ice because well nobody had any in Baton Rouge and he gave us a big bag of it. My wife is a travel nurse and doesn’t know anyone in the area and local people and places doing things like this is awesome! Thank you again and Bonefish on Corporate is the best!

I cam sum up my entire meal with one word. Bland. How the heck does the Mahi, Lobster and Shrimp all taste the same? I have had better fish at Captian D's. The service is great but that can't up for the tasteless cafeteria food. USE SOME SEASONINGS!

I’ve laid up all night so hurt and disappointed ? I chose the Baton Rouge location as the dinning experience for my husband’s 48th birthday dinner. We were a large party of 20, however we were not seated together but instead had two tables that were back to back and a side booth. We definitely didn’t feel like we were together and this was on a Wednesday night that barely had any other patrons in the restaurant….we were the restaurant. Let’s start with the bread that usually is crusty on the outside and fluffy on the inside…NOT! Our bread was hard and tasted like it was reheated in the microwave. There was no fresh bread brought to the table and there was wasn’t enough silverware. I should have known then…. No refills on drinks or water….not everyone was asked their drink orders. A few of the dinner guests were late, however they still deserved attention when they arrived. Then food orders were made at the table placed in front of the guest of honor, my husband first. That’s definitely out of order. When food started arriving however, his food was one of the first to come out, but the food on our check didn’t come out. My husband was finished eating by the time my overcooked steak, salty lobster tail without any drawn butter, microwaved reheated “mashed” potatoes and the nastiest/greasiest looking asparagus came out. I asked for a medium steak and my steak was almost well done. My food was already cold with the exception of those horrid potato imposters. So now I have no protein as I wait… all order of steaks came out late behind the orders of Mahi Mahi. My father and sister in-law had the fried cod which was still wet and mushy under the hard crust. Their orders came out first. No one who sat with their partner ate together. The entire dinner party didn’t eat together… not even CLOSE! When my steak arrived, it was salty, with the drawn butter came for my overcooked/salty lobster…it clearly wasn’t clarified butter. It looked like pale yellow dish water. The jasmine rice tasted sour. Everyone had the incorrect side item…. I was so very disappointed ? that I had selected Bonefish for my husband’s birthday dinner indeed. In hindsight there were so many other places that we could have selected but I chose Bonefish Grill in Baton Rouge on a Wednesday night. Obviously whomever was in charge of frying, did all those orders and didn’t drop them to coordinate the steak and fish dishes. Not only frying fast, but not even frying it until it was done. Those kid’s chicken tenders were ridiculous. Not only were we haphazardly placed at 3 tables, but in essence we did not eat together. We weren’t able to fellowship with one another in a restaurant that wasn’t close to half capacity. I even inquired about the empty monsoon room to the right of me and was told about a ridiculous $35.00 minimum per person cap that didn’t even include the drinks. I rely heavily on the reviews of other patrons or consumers and this is why I felt that I must review my experience last night. It’s like the only way I can make myself feel a tad better about last night. Now that I also think about…the birthday boy didn’t even get a nice complimentary dessert. Glad I brought cheese cake and a candle from the nearby Wholefoods. The young woman who assisted with the service was a doll. The head waitress ….was not and to her defense, she probably was not pleased with the kitchen staff. Brava to them both, because I probably would have quit. Thank you to my friends and family who were all good sports. I regret that they took the time to come out on a work night, spend hard earned money on a terrible meal! TERRIBLE ?

The food was okay. I had the butterfish, and I must confess that I was sorely disappointed. The shrimp I had, though, was absolutely delightful! And the wait staff were incredibly friendly. I would say this is probably a good place to bring someone for Father's Day or maybe a reasonable business lunch or something along those lines, but other than that I really don't think I'll be eating here again.
