The lady behind the counter is so nice and so patient. My sister is visiting from New Mexico and I was raving about Bonjour. We came in around 8:50PM and Mrs. Lady Ma'am still served us AND let us sit inside. We offered to help clean since we were the last ones but she said it was fine. The shop was clean. The music was great. Ice cream and waffles were MAGNIFICENT!

The food is always delicious and the staff is always friendly. My only objections are that 1) they use paper plates and 2) (more importantly) they have no bathrooms available to customers. It just sort of takes something away from the dish when the food is beautifully prepared, but then it's served on a cheap plastic plate. And when you're there with a small child, there's the potential for a huge disaster if you don't have an available bathroom. When a 4-year old says they need to teetee, they mean NOW.Kid-friendliness: They are great with kids there, with the notable exception of not having an available bathroom.
