Boudin itself, wraps, and wontons on point. I had some concerns about the hog crackins. Mixed fresh and old. Every now and then i ate one that tasted as if the meat was... bad?...the fresh ones tasted good. But i had very few of those.
I go there every Saturday and Sunday while I am at work... The building is clean and the food is awesome. I used to avoid Boudain because I didn't like it, after eating theirs my mind has been forever changed.

First time David and got some Boudin at the Boudin Shack.We really enjoyed it.A little bit spicy but other than it was really good. We will be back. People really helpful and friendly.
Customer service is great, the girl behind counter was very friendly and helpful being my family and I had never been there! Food is excellent!! If I could get the cold products they sell shipped to me in Florida, I’d have a freezer full.
