I just got delivered the WORST arroz chaufa I have ever eaten. It was nothing like the real arroz chaufa.
It was just brown rice with TOO MUCH salt and no chicken or eggs or anything!!!!!

I got the half chicken with plantains and yuca frita, and everything was amazing. The plaintains were perfectly cooked, and the yucas fritas came with a delicious sauce. Overall, everything tasted amazing, and the staff was very kind and attentive.

My husband picked up the Salchipollo for me and I think if they hadn’t forgotten the sauce it would be better but without it the dish was very dry. The prices are excellent for the amount of food you get though!

The food was very good and filling the environment was very good the music was not very loud making it the best to talk and make conversations the Service was so good we got our food in minutes it barely took any time to get 4 meals and just know they were pretty big the bathrooms so clean there was no toilet paper on the floor or anything at all it was so clean and not only all that but the people there are so nice so of you are looking for a place that is good for speed and has great food come here for the best experience ever

Great place and great food!

I have been going to this place very often, as a Peruvian myself is my favorite place in town. Most of the food they make is pretty tasty and has this homemade flavor to it. I really enjoyed the “Trio Brasas” that they have during the week, combination of chicken, pesto pasta and papa a la huancaina. Would definitely recommend give it a try.
On the other I wouldn’t say that the ceviche is a highlight. They have a special way to make it, not bad, but I don’t think would be one that screams peruvian authentic flavor. Maybe is a matter of personal taste.

Service has been exceptional every single time, don’t leave Baton Rouge without going to Brasas.

We went on a Saturday for lunch and it was quiet and clean. I didn’t get a picture of the beef empanadas but it was good and bigger than I thought it would be. I liked the grilled chicken and the plantains but the rice was the best thing on the plate. I would definitely come back for the entree size rice with steak.
