Ceviche
Raw fish cooked in lime juice. Raw fish marinated and cooked with freshly squeezed lime juice, sliced red onions, cilantro, and aji amarillo (chili peppers). Served with Peruvian corn on the cob, sweet potato, and peruvian chulpe corn.

We went on a Saturday for lunch and it was quiet and clean. I didn’t get a picture of the beef empanadas but it was good and bigger than I thought it would be. I liked the grilled chicken and the plantains but the rice was the best thing on the plate. I would definitely come back for the entree size rice with steak.

The...food...was...AMAZING! We had the Trio Marina - fish ceviche, seafood rice with shrimp, calamari, and mussels and fried shrimp. Also the Trio Brasas - their delicious chicken 🤤 and the best pesto pasta I've ever had! Will definitely be back.

We’ve been to this Peruvian restaurant twice now, and each time the food has been consistently excellent. We’ve ordered the fried whole fish and their signature charcoaled chicken—both are full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The food tastes like a true home-cooked meal, not overly greasy or processed like so many restaurant dishes these days.
