Chilled Peruvian golden mashed potato rounds infused with aji Amarillo (chili peppers) and a touch of lime, layered with avocado and chicken salad.
Papa Rellena
Peruvian style fried ball of creamy seasoned mashed potatoes that have been stuffed with ground beef, raisins, boiled egg, and onions.
Ceviche
Raw fish cooked in lime juice. Raw fish marinated and cooked with freshly squeezed lime juice, sliced red onions, cilantro, and aji amarillo (chili peppers). Served with Peruvian corn on the cob, sweet potato, and peruvian chulpe corn.

I got the half chicken with plantains and yuca frita, and everything was amazing. The plaintains were perfectly cooked, and the yucas fritas came with a delicious sauce. Overall, everything tasted amazing, and the staff was very kind and attentive.

My husband picked up the Salchipollo for me and I think if they hadn’t forgotten the sauce it would be better but without it the dish was very dry. The prices are excellent for the amount of food you get though!
