We came in this past Saturday after the game and I was completely surprised at this BWW location. First, we were sat immediately, the 2 hosts greeted each customer personally. Second our waitress, Joleesia, was top notch. So sweet and on her A game. We sat in the bar area. Every employee was working quickly and efficiently and remained friendly at the same time. Even on game day. I was super impressed and will be back next game we attend.

Let a stranger take my door dash order. Terrible customer service

I order from DoorDash all the time and I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this Buffalo Wild Wings needs serious help. My order arrived completely cold and my wife’s wings still had feathers attached. Actual feathers on food that someone cooked, packed, and thought was okay to send out.

I contacted DoorDash support and asked for a manager because this is just unacceptable. The response was, “We’ll let the restaurant know.” That’s not good enough. How about making sure the food you send out is actually clean and hot?

Between the cold food, lack of care, and zero accountability, this was the worst delivery I’ve ever received. I will definitely think twice before ever ordering from this location again.

Feathers belong on chickens, not in my DoorDash bag.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am for Buffalo wild wings on Highland Road. As the president of the LSU women’s club volleyball team, I can definitely testify that Buffalo wild wings has been a huge supporter of our club. Not only do they support us, but they always exceed our expectation. I can tell that they truly just care about the community, our school, our values, in our goals that we strive to achieve. If I were you, I would definitely support this location. A huge shout out to Cheryl Thomas, because she is the main one that made this happen. Thank you!

Trash service. They do not treat customers right. WOULD NOT recommend to friends.

Yesterday my friends and I came into bdubs after tailgating and Lex was our server. We are three server/bartenders and Lex was absolute perfection. We needed so much water and Lex was on top of it the entire time, the water was flowing like a river. Suggested the best sauce for my friends wings and made sure I got my ranch with my fries. In the chaos that an lsu gameday can bring, Lex was just what we needed. 10/10 shoutout.

There's never anyone at the front when you do a pick up order you always have to wait 20 or more min the girl up front has a bad attitude I will drive across town before I come here again

My server Deloris was a true gem. I took my daughter, nephew and niece out . She was kind and hospitable. Keep up the great work. Other staff were attentive and kind as well.
