It was about 9:30 last night (3/26/26), and you close at 12AM. My husband and I walk up to the host stand, in which there’s no host in sight and we wait. Multiple employees walked by and/or out of the kitchen, looked at us but no acknowledgement. Stood there for about 5-7 minutes contemplating whether to leave or not. Finally someone came to seat us, we asked for a booth, and the first 3-4 booths they tried to sit us at were all dirty. So we finally get seated and again just waiting and more waiting. We sat for about 10 minutes again without anyone acknowledging us, waiters passing by and not one stopping to say as little as “be right with you”. And so we left, because that meant slow and cold food and service were ahead of us. DO BETTER BUFFALO YOU MAKE TOO MUCH MONEY OFF OF PEOPLE TO HAVE INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES.

Very nice vibe for the middle of the week. A nice small crowd. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. She made sure we had all that was needed.

Never got my food. I ordered a burger. One hour later they tell me they didn't have it. I then ordered chicken fingers another hour later they didn't have it. Irresponsible. Terrible service

We have a party of 9 tonight and the service has been terrible. After placing our orders, we were told (about 20 mins later) that there was no burgers left. One of our friends then ordered chicken crispers and after waiting about 20 more mins, was approached and told that they were out of crispers. A restaurant down the street, prior to our coming here due to the later closing time, told us at the door that they were out of basically everything but burgers and pzookies. The server did his best to accommodate us, but management needs to ensure they are stocked and when they aren't, customers should be notified immediately upon placing the order (or at the door), when items are unavailable. We were celebrating our pastor's birthday and two people had to leave due to the restaurant'a neglect.
Rude employees, slow kitchen, inept takeout service

I was treated to needlessly rude and dismissive service at the to go service area for no reason at all. I went in not only in a good mood, but on time for my order and with a polite and kind attitude when I got there. I see why the reviews are bad for this location.

I'll just say that I had to go to the front by the register to get silverware, bring my food to show it was wrong, get refills. The guy at the register deserved the tip.

Came here hungry, left with a full understanding of patience. The waiter wasn’t rude, but time moved at a completely different pace here. It took forever to order drinks, get drinks, appetizers, and eventually food. We were there almost two hours with 2 adults and 1 kid… and maybe 3 other tables in the entire place. I’ve had faster service at the DMV.
