It's Sunday February 2, 2025. On this day I ordered the double Whooper combo at 01:10am. The person on shift was friendly and very professional. I didnt had to wait long. I went through the drive view. If I come back at this location during the day and if I get the same service or better I will give them a perfect rating.

No chicken sandwiches no fries but still I was able to order. Who runs this place. Consistent as always Disappointed again. This place needs to be completely tore down and rebuilt with new and helpful staff.

I walked out because of the lack of customer service. I stood there Unacknowledged for close to 10 minutes. I leaned over and asked if they are not serving for dine in? She told me to hold up. A few minutes later a girl came to the counter and asked "what do you want" and I responded with, hey, how are you? And she looked at me with such disgust .. she turned and walked away with out anything but some swear words .. person in window asked what happened and I said I have no idea. I had a coupon on my phone and I asked how to use it, and she also said just order on your phone, and walked away. After another few tries of trying to figure out the app, I walked away. I have no idea what's happened to customer service, but it's dead and gone! Without people coming to purchase, there would not be a job... so why not have the vasoconstriction respect, much less some customer service?!?! 🤔

They lock the restrooms and say that they “don’t have the key” so people now can’t even wash their hands, I could report them to FSIS but I’ll let it slip.

I ordered and was Asked to pull around in order to wait for my food, which I did, However then five more cars after me were asked to do the same thing. There were seven people waiting outside for their orders. I gave 3 stars for service was because the person at the window did not inform me or anyone else I'm sure that there was going to be a 20 to 25 minute wait for our food. The person did apologize for the wait when they brought my food. But it would've been nice to know ahead of time. Since I only have a thirty minute lunch for my lunch break from work and I wad late getting back. I also was not told the total amount of my order. It did not show up on the screen, Nor was I even given a receipt which I had thought might have been in the bag when they brought my food which it was not next, time I'll sure to ask for that. Food wad really good though, better than mcDs

If I could give this Burger King a negative 5 I would. My wife and I walked in and were totally ignored. The guy that saw us walk in turned his back on us and continued to text on his phone. A lady walked out from the back saw us and pretended to be doing nothing. Neither acknowledged us even being at the store. Finally I asked if we could get some help, the guy texting turned around and gave us an ugly look and turned around and continued to text. I asked again if we could order and the lady in the back told us, from the back of the kitchen, and I quote" we ain't got nothing to serve you right now." I'm at a total loss for words at this point so we left and I assure you we will not return. Although I know Burger King will not address this issue I had to get it off my chest.

Every time at the drive through eather have to wait around the corner or back up to miss the counter, food is never prepared as ordered. Tonight I ordered the original chicken sandwich with only mayo an cheese, got home and it's mayo an lettuce, I repeated my order 3times. This will be my last time to This store Mc Donald's from now on !!!
I either come here after work and get extremely rude service, or am told that the place is closed hours before the posted closing time. It’s ridiculous at this point. Won’t be coming back to this one.

Walked in twice now and was told they weren't taking orders. Store is open and drive thru is being handled. Worst Burger King in Baton Rouge

I had a mobile order for a large fry and 2 cookies. When I went to the drive thru to retrieve my order, the clerk stated that he didn't see my order. I offered to pull up to show him my receipt and he stated, no. I don't see it. I see an Aiden. I tried to get a refund, but was unable to do so. I also waited at the drive thru speaker for the clerk to return and he never did. It's very disheartening and I'm very disappointed as I come here often and don't have a problem.
