I went to the Burger King drive thru and gave specific order about my breakfast sandwich- no cheese! Drive less than 0.5 miles to my office to find I have cheese on my sandwich. Plus, the bread is old, the potatoes is saturated with oil and reheated… dang!!

Usually I’m nervous I’ll waste my time and energy with fast food, especially BK. Location makes or breaks it. Upon walking in, the manager was on the front lies, giving orders and running his crew effectively and efficiently. Food came out perfect.

I actually had a mobile coupon during lunch rush that had to be rang in a particular manner. The staff was patient and kind. The manager never once got frustrated with me she even called her gm to get steps on the process. Once again during lunch. Food was delivered to me promptly with out any attitude and I appreciate that. And yes it was delicious.

The lady was yelling in the mic. I had to keep repeating my order. Gave her a code which I should’ve received a free any size fry with a $1 purchase. My total should’ve been 3.24 it came out to be 6.61. She didn’t tell me my total. I just wasn’t happy with this Burger King as a whole. The night time shift is make me stay away for a reason.

It's Sunday February 2, 2025. On this day I ordered the double Whooper combo at 01:10am. The person on shift was friendly and very professional. I didnt had to wait long. I went through the drive view. If I come back at this location during the day and if I get the same service or better I will give them a perfect rating.

Who runs this place. Consistent as always
Disappointed again.
This place needs to be completely tore down and rebuilt with new and helpful staff.
