Honestly if I could give it zero I would, can't even tell you how good or bad the food is because e they've never once taken my order I've pulled up and they just ignore my vehicle

This is the most poorly managed business in Baton Rouge. It amazes me that this place has stayed open year after year, it's like they try to hire the worst cashiers they can find and fire anyone who turns out to be halfway decent. I tried to eat here for the first time in several months today and the girl working the drive through was talking on her AirPods the entire time I was at the window, plus she got my extremely simple order wrong. It was obvious that she wasn't interested in working and was trying to get me away as quickly as possible so she could talk in peace. Does this location even have managers?

The address on Yelp says Guy but this location is off Jefferson Hwy on Lobdell. HORRIBLE. Just trying to get a sausage biscuit , today. Will not Visit this location again. They had me pull off until my order was ready-five or so min. I was assuming I was getting a hot fresh biscuit. What arrived was a hot sausage on a cold hard biscuit. Two weeks ago, at the same location, I asked for a biscuit. They told me it would be 20 minutes. I said thank you and left. I came back about 30 minutes later and ordered the biscuit. They said it would be about 20 minutes! Obviously they did not a sell out of a tray of biscuits in a couple of minutes. They never baked them. I tried reaching the owner however that person must be in hiding. Do you not frequent this Burger King location

Here we go again... pulled up to the drive through and was immediately told the broiler was not working so only fry products will be sold. It was 1030 so I was informed that breakfast is no longer served. I ordered two fried chicken sandwiches and then was told that they had just turned on the fryer so it would be an 8 minute wait. As I was wondering how you serve breakfast without a broiler or a fryer I pulled around behind a car at the window. After 15 minutes the car in front of me got their order and pulled away and the person working the window hung out of the window signaling for me to stay exactly where I was.. I assume they have some type of statistical Monitoring device that measures how long each car is at the window so for the second week in a row I waited until they hung out the window and flag me to come forward. Other than that the staff were friendly although not well mannered and the food was fresh.

Terrible service, cold coffee, frozen cream, hard cold biscuits, and soggy hash browns. The morning crew was gathered outside the only set of unlocked doors smoking. I had to walk through a cloud of smoke to get in.

On Saturday I went in to order a strawberry milkshake and a double whopper. I was informed that they were out of strawberry and I just decided to go with the double whopper. The shift manager then says to me in a baby voice "whats wrong big man you want a strawberry milkshake?" I just stared at him and didn't say word and he then tried to walk it back. I don't appreciate a shift manager attempting to emasculate and shame me.As a patron I don't need commentary on what I order nor do need a insecure shift manager giving me sass. What kind of example is he setting for the staff? He should not be in a managerial role what so ever.

I went there for breakfast at 10:20 and breakfast didn't end until 10:30. The rude drive thru attendant asked me to hold on when i got there then proceeded to wait until 10:32 to come back on the mic and say they stop serving breakfast at 10:30 when she knew I had been there since 10:20. NEVER AGAIN

My friend and I get up the counter and I was not greeted by hello and how are you but but we don't have this just in this in this in this I didn't even bother with ordering I just went to the Chick-fil-A right across the way and then when I told the girl I didn't want to order she started in order that I never put very poor service.

(YELP, you may as way mark this as "not recommended", since the truth is never what we want to read) Does anyone know what time breakfast service ends at BK now? Because I would have rather eaten a cold breakfast sandwich than a burnt the F up burger. Got to the drivethru at 1000 today. The cashier ran out and turned the menu sign around to the lunch menu. So... logically, would would assume everything is freshly made. NOPE! Refired fries and out of the two DOUBLE meat burgers I had, ALL of the patties were burnt to a crisp. The cheese was cold and bacon hard. It's like they served last nights leftovers. In today's word of the IDGAF epidemic, I expect very little from fast food establishments. Happily a few hold their own but BK has been on a steady decline since it franchised out in the 90s. Add the children they hire that feel like it's enough just to be in the store to get a paycheck and you have a recipe for disaster. Yes there are some 20 somethings out there with work ethic... but the staffing pool grows THIN. -5 Stars for this location. It was a great place to eat well into the 90s but when certain staff left, it went to sht.
