The new and improved Whopper was the soggiest thing I've ever seen. It was soaking through the bag. When I opened it up it was falling appart. You can actually ring the bottom bun out, not kidding and not talking about mayonnaise, I'm talking about pure moisture.. or oil I can't tell. Would call and complain but they not answering the phone and forget your survey. After that I don't want a free one. One star because they got the jalapeno poppers right 🤔

This is the worst burger king in the city. Today was my last time coming. From my Biscuit broken into pieces today to burned burgers to cheese on top of the meat on a double cheese burger instead of between… yall got it. One thing about this location that’s guaranteed is the food will be bad.

I just left 10 mins ago, and my sandwich was not dressed as I requested and my fries were cold. I called 4 times and no one answered. I'm very disappointed and want my order made over. I got a 2 for $5 meal...Nikki is my name

Worst ever ever. 4 combos fries very hot that's good taste rotten. Whooper was absolutely trash. My chicken sandwich was totally burned. Kids won't even eat the fries. Almost 50 bucks... rate for food here should be Z and dangerous.
Just disgusting foood never fresh this location definitely needs to be shut down I will be calling corporate Monday morning cause this is just ridiculous 07/19/2025

Ok the young man that was a preparing my food, how long a pair of gloves while he was preparing my food, he touched some kind of card and plugged it into another steam table. Then he touched the handles of the steam table boxes to pull them out he did not use the utensils to get the hamburgers out. He got him out with his hand. Did he went over there and the department and picked up a 5 gallon bucket of pickles, open the pickle bucket, stuck his hand in the pickle bucket with the same gloves he had on while he was touching everything else, including my food. I brought it to the managers attention, and she wrote her eyes at me and said something to him, and he got mad and walked away and tore his gloves off and looked at me and said something I didn’t understand him, so I replied that his cross contamination I won’t somebody else to prepare my food with clean gloves on as the manager was preparing my food. I noticed that she kept touching the screen to change the orders again this is cross contamination, so the man went to the freezer and got hamburgers out of there with another set of gloves on, so he was touching the frozen hamburger patties and put them in another bag then he went to the freezer and got some more hamburger patties out and left the freezer door open And then he took his gloves off and waited on customers. So when she gave me my food, I told her your freezer door is open. She wrote her eyes at me again and said OK and went back in another direction. I will not ever go to this Burger King again I was treated very poorly.

Got there around 6:30am wasn't open. Stayed a few minutes no one came on the intercom to tell me any different. And there was a car on with no driver at the window. What's up with that? So I left to go elsewhere for breakfast🤷🏾♀️
