Ask not to put a lot of mustard and ketchuponmy burger and they did try calling them to tell them what was done phone just ring i will not come back to that burger king it's no such thing have it your way very disappointed

I can’t even do a complaint on the app with customer support and they are not picking up the phone..you guys gave me a old chicken patty..it was horrible and guy who made it put it in the microwave and it was made wrong..I threw it away

Service wasn’t soo bad but the quality of the food was TRASH!! No way my bacon should look like last week hard and burnt tasting! Literally the worst breakfast I EVER had !! Staff is obviously lazy and needs better training or maybe get another job!

Horrible service at drive thru had us waiting 10 minutes each in line before she takes your order. Was she working alone??September 20, 2024 I had to drive off without an order, gheez.
I went here on Dec 3, 2021 in the morning I had a coupon for 2 croissant meals the cashier indicated we're out of croissants, I asked "what do you have" she said biscuits, I asked for a sausage biscuit, she said we're out of sausage, I was like damn!?they only had bacon and ham biscuit.
Waited over 30 minutes for food . I watched 5 people who came after us get their food and when I spoke up the light skin girl with a middle part rolled her eyes and said it was sold already . I asked to who because I been standing in front the counter and she never called my number or gave me my food . So I had to wait for it to be remade her name was Ravenna or something I wasn’t staring at her name tag to long because I was trying to be nice . I work in the food industry as a bartender so I know food and kitchen takes awhile sometimes during a rush but she looked loss and couldn’t keep Up . She shouldn’t be on front counter by her self . They re made our food but it was wrong I order a burger just cheese and staked sauce but ig because I spoke up and she thought I was mad which I was aggravated but she keep rolling her eyes at me and staring and they gave me a burger with a whole hand full of jalapeño peppers .. which I didn’t ask for !!! What if I was allergic?! I actually can’t have spicy food due to my surgery but this was the second worst experience I have had here . I asked for a new drink because my grandma order a large cotton candy frozen drink it was melted by the time we got our remake food and she glared at me when I asked for another because mine melted while we waited . Waiting for someone to get back to me so I can share how much peppers were on my burger .
