Everything was fresh including the lettuce and tomatoes that came on it. They even went out the way to drop fresh fries and separate them from the ones with salt because I get high blood pressure.

So I am from out of town, and in a different area (it is kind of obvious) but to have to waite 5+ minutes to be acknowledged to give an order at a fast food place?Also had to ask 3 times for access to the restroom.....That's a no from me.

Did a delivery order first thing I ordered two double cheeseburgers and two onion rings and received two whopper jr's and two onion rings, second the wrong order that I got was horrible the wrappers was full of grease and my bun was broke looked like they just threw it together plus it was nasty never again yeah y'all will still get money but I guarantee it won't be mine extremely unsatisfied ???

Just left here. Absolute worst customer service with attitude at the speaker. Messed up my order and gave me cold food. Absolutely disgusting ? ? Waste of money, time and energy come in at this running down Burger King. If you like cold food that’s not dressed right and people with attitude this is the perfect place for you. Whopper Junior wasn’t even wrapped like you’re supposed to be or dressed like it was suppose to And nowhere near warm. Does not deserve a store or a half a star

If I can give them zero stars I would this is the slowest Burger King in Baton Rouge. Stood inside waiting on my food for over 20 minutes 12/29/23 it took the lady 8 to 9minutes before she took my order.

They cook good, but otherwise meh. Got a sign saying 24 hours Thurs-Sat., but it isn't true because I have been by there at midnight & seen coworkers in there but no one answering the drive thru speaker. Previously had to report a couple employees to corporate who tried to blame me for the drive thru lady constantly messing up my order and giving me attitude about it. All you're gonna get is good food out of them, but the staff behavior otherwise is iffy.Parking: Lots of parking, but hardly anyone parks there because there are lots of homeless ppl asking for change or staring you down while you're eating in your car. I have given money and food to them, but oftentimes I won't park there because I don't always have extra money to be helping out strangers that often. There are homeless shelters about a mile from there, too, where ppl can get free food served to them, so I often wonder why these ppl are not staying over there, instead of begging for change nearby.

Absolutely disgusting! I waited nearly 30 minutes for my food. The employees did NOT care about the front counter orders. They kept making orders for drive through.
Just watched a customer go off on an employee because the employee got mad that the customer ordered a fish sandwich. She kept over and over talking crap about the fact she had to take the order, when it's literally her job. But I don't know how this girl has a job. She didn't want to do anything at all and just made customers mad. Really skinny weird looking black girl with a jean jacket. Beware for her. Other employees were nice and food was good.

I was in a hurry had not eaten all night stop to get a dbl whopper .When I did get it the hamburger patties were dry and hard like the been cooked in the deep fryer. Disgusting. I couldn't even eat and was heading to work. Will never eat at this store again !
