The worst bk in Baton Rouge.. I’m starting to believe this place is a front for some other illegal business. There is no reasonable explanation why this location should still be operational. Every transaction I’ve had has resulted in disappointment.

This place is so poorly run. I’ve tried to buy breakfast from them twice now in the past month and both times when I pulled in the drive thru they said their computers were down. So I just went down the road to McDonalds and they lost a customer. Get your employees working computers!
That place is a I ordered extra mayo I didn't get extra nothing there wasn't no onions on my food the food was cold the food was dry the Fry's was old and cold the burger was cold never again.

Horrible.Burger was cold and hard as a brick, gave me no napkins, fries were hot but had no salt at all, cashiers are not friendly, and last visit i did not get a receipt ??
So yeah they make your food ok... if you are a manager or the owner you might wanna check your footage or drug test your staff... resteraunt lobby was closed, but you could literally catch a contact high when they opened the drive-through window. Also that lady was kinda for a lack of a better word rude. If I was a business owner there would be people fired.

tall hawaiian chic with a pretty smile made my food pretty fast and the nicest manager i’ve encountered at this location since a decade ago..what’s her name?? i’ll be back because she made my food just how i wanted it and she looks and acts like a professional!!!!
6:45am; waited at the window for 5 minutes before pulling to the window thinking the speaker system was not working. A woman came to the window, rudely said she’s not ready for orders yet, slammed the window and walked away.

Corporate??!! Where are yall about this bocage location on Jefferson.....This is the worst experience there. They messed my order up twice. I had to pull back in line twice. I ordered 2 jr whoppers, 1 with cheese. Still no cheese and rotten discolored tomato on my burger. She wants to debate that a tomato that's soggy and no red in it wasnt spoiled. Then as I asked for it to be fixed all the youngsters at the window laughing and being rude so I asked for my money back cause by 3 times of asking for it to be correct they had attitude s and didn't seem to care. They rude, unapologetic and dont care. Department of health will hear about how trifling and rude this location is. Sarcastic too because they put a pound of lettuce on a jr whopper being petty and still didn't correct my order as if they did that to be funny. 3rd time bad experience at this location. Manager wasnt apologetic either. Just close this location down. They dont want to work??!! Fire them then! Period
