If I could give this place no stars I would. The GM was rude AF to me when I came in. Then after having a nasty attitude and promising not to mess my food up like the last time she did the same thing. I reported her, but was going to go later on today to get it fixed right or get my refund. She told the shift manager on the next shift she didn't want my business, not to remake my food, nor give me a refund because there was nothing wrong with my food. Y'all I literally live barely a mile away from this place. I get home open the wrappers... Brown lettuce on all four sandwiches, soggy tomato and old onion. It's the fact that I didnt even respond to her rude ignorance that really has her mad because I didn't disrespect her or be rude back to her. I actually did well because the old me would've... Nevermind anyways they need to close this burger king down and do a whole rehaul because it's always something or another everytime I go to this particular store. I will never eat here again. They don't care about the quality of the food they serve that we pay for. Did I mention no one had on a hairnet. Not even the rude gm

People really need to reconsider working in the fast food industry. The drive thru worker had a bad attitude and I was nice/patient as ever. She was impatient and just being unnecessarily unprofessional for no reason. People need to really get it together these type of workers will be the reason, why fast food probably won’t be around after a while if this continues.

The short heavy guy on plank rd. location is very unprofessional..when I was ordering..he yelled out "We ain't got no cheese and no coffee..so ignorant! They need to train their workers to be professional by greeting the customer and Thanking them...if they don't want to be nice and welcoming..they should quit ..no customers..no money!
