Employees seem to forget they have a job... Order taker was rude and disrespectful. He tried to tell us that they were out of water... water. Food took forever. Where is the manager? Going to this establishment is literally a toss up of whether or not you get your order. Please shut this place down and fire everybody.

Horrible service! My burger that I spent a good amount of money on wasn't even the right burger! I got the fried pickle ranch whopper and there wasn't any fried pickles, there wasn't any ranch, the burger was smashed, I couldn't even eat it, it tasted horrible. I took one bite and couldn't even eat it like that. I threw it away. Everyone was so rude there! I don't ever wanna eat at a burger King again for real! 🤬

I stood in line for 15 mins, was told " I will be right with you " well this is not the 1st time customer service was horrible, i waited another 5 mins asked the two customers had they ordered?, their response was about 30 minutes ago. I exited the place....three people on staff and the register employee for orders was running orders to the drive thru customers....ZERO management and piss poor customer service.

I ordered 2 French toast sticks and some hasbrowns! They didn’t give syrup for French toast sticks and also gave me old greasy hasbrowns look like they got them from the bottoms of the fryer! I order from them a lot and I can honestly say that my orders are never right! Literally!!

Horrible service! My burger that I spent a good amount of money on wasn't even the right burger!
