The most raggedy Burger King on the planet. I don’t except much from Burger King, but this place has set the bar in hell. I cannot lie when I say I got a nug of weed in my large fry. Weed in my cold, over cooked French fries. And the customer service is unbelievable terrible, I could get better service from the nug of weed in my fries.

Came to pick up a Uber order and guy who looks to be the manager was sleeping in the lobby, and girl sitting tables (couldn’t get a picture of her ) December 3 2023 they need to be fired !!!! The Uber order that I received tipped $33 I missed out because they’re lazy .

Shift lead (a grown woman) and cashier (a teenager) got into a fist fight, and the shift lead briefly put her in a chokehold while many customers, including myself and a family waited for nearly an hour while the altercation occured.Shift lead could be quoted, when speaking to a customer trying to get a refund saying she "could've killed that girl".I don't anticipate I will return anytime soon, and I don't think anyone should until that shift lead is removed from staff.

At one point this Burger King had started getting better, but I am really starting to think for some reason they don't want it better! Now there is a new staff and everything has gone back down. The fries are pre fried and kept under a warmer now !! They are hot but they aren't that fresh crispy consistency everyone likes , they are hot and chewy! lol ! Then when you order your food hot and fresh you get all kinds of attitude! Well all I can say is , it was good while it lasted!
The manager at this location screamed at the employees the whole time I was there. I placed my order through the app and it took 37 minutes to get my food.

The manager and the overnight cook needs to be fired expiditiously at this location! Tonight I went to pick up a Doordash order I waited 2-3 minutes at the drive thru "no response', so I beeped my horn "no response!" I drove to the window the cook looked at me with a smirk laughed continue to what he was doing! The manager came to the window with an attitude and a smirk, she refused to give me the customer order and was highly disrespectful rude as well also using profanity! I will be reporting them to the headquarter!!! I have never been so disrespected in my life!!!!
