I literally just pulled off from this Burger King and had to come do a review before I forgot ! The girl that was taking orders and handing food out was soooo nice , patient , respectfully , polite , in good spirits and so much more I loveeee her attitude I wouldn’t normally get greeted like how she greeted me unless I was at Chick-fil-A or something of that sort. I enjoyed every bit of that experience ! She deserve a raise ! She takes her job serious and she cherish what she doing no matter what people say about Burger King ! It’s what you make it and bk need more employees like that to represent them.i don’t know her name but she told me about the deals that was going on and everything ! She was short , natural hair in a puff to the back with glasses on I like her hair had blonde highlights! Fast food restaurants are so impatient when it comes to taking orders ! I didn’t get that experience today and I love every bit of it. The food was a 10/10 and I got something so simple. Bacon cheeseburger medium onion ring and medium coke ! Everything was fresh down to the coke ! I asked for well done onion rings they gave me exactly everything I asked for ! The burger was fresh neatly assembled cheese was melted nothing was on the paper neatly folded I take pride in my food and I love when employees show dedication in there job ! Everything was a 10/10 today ! Don’t get me wrong I visit this location often and never got this experience before ! Give the whole staff for tonight a raise honestly ! REAL REVIEWS

Horrible food wouldn’t recommend on my worst enemy was so hungry and once i got home opened my food was instantly disgusted.

I went to this location on Harding around 11:03. There were cars in the drive through line and so I followed. After seeing cars with extremely long wait times and then drive off. I sat for 5 minutes with no service.
I pulled around and there where no cars in line. No one in the window. I'll probably never go to this store again.

By far the worse experience my food was cold I asked for my fries to be cooked longer they were soggy I had to fry them when I got home. It he wait time was ridiculous as if my food was going to be fresh and hot!! If I wasn’t tired I would’ve driven back!! Get it together

The Young Lady that took my order at the drive-thru was very polite and professional but however I received a poorly prepared product. This is supposed to be a Plain Bacon King Burger which it was bit where is the Bacon? Only a couple of burned pieces on burned buns.

Ordered A Original Chicken Sandwich, and was told that they didn't have the bread to make that sandwich. Now how do you sell something that's on your menu without bread? If you can keep up with the demand, then remove it from your menu!

Just pulled up today to place a lunch order at 1:15 pm today on 1/11/2024 Young man taking the order had an instant attitude, very nasty and disgusting. Tone was inappropriate as if he was already angry. I placed the order and he gave me the total. I said do you need the code, he replied very nastily “ughh, what’s the code”? I told him never mind and drove off. Please be mindful that you are the one that applied for the job. No one asked you to work at BK. That nasty, feminine attitude will not get you far in life.

Drive through food was ready as soon as I pulled up fresh and hot. Normally, I expect most Burger Kings to have a bad crew and cold food, but this was a nice suprise. Keep it up!
