If you are experiencing hunger, I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. The staff appears to prioritize their own interests over customer satisfaction. They have been observed, smoking outside the restaurant and returning without washing their hands, which compromises the quality of the food they serve. Their lack of urgency and care for customers is concerning. The burgers are excessively greasy and poorly prepared, which is unacceptable. It is imperative that the management team, including general managers and regional managers, take immediate action to address these issues. This may involve closing the restaurant or hiring a new staff.

I ordered the whopper hoping to get the new experience every one was talking bout… shame to say.. I was disappointed.. same whopper… no box… I feel like they gave me a jr…. Horrible experience

Has to be the worst burger king to order from, I ordered chicken sandwich and cheddar bites from Door Dash, and they sent me a beef burger and french fries without a receipt!!! Guess what, Door Dash doesn't refund until there is a receipt.

Update: Door Dash denied my refund request because there is no receipt, do not order from this place.

Stopped in bc i love BK i was pulling a trailer so i walked into lobby i waited at the front counter for 15-20 mins a worker on break sitting in lobby kept asking who was on front counter the other workers kept ignoring his question, there was a long multi colored hair lady working drive thru the other workers were refusing to run food to cars waiting so she had to work window and run food out 2 female workers kept looking at me but would not take my order. I am a truck driver on most days this time i am in a personal vehicle and i will not be visiting any BK’s for a long time if ever from now on!

Multiple workers just sitting around, walking outside, I’m in the car at the mic no one would take my order. Myself and two other cars left because we couldn’t get service. It is currently 11:30pm

I was at store 12661 harding blvd 2:54 pmThis location is horrible i spent 35 dollars and i couldn't get my order right at all the employees was very rude and wasn't considered about my order the manager on duty did remake everything I never go back again

I drove out of the way for the simple fact that this burger king was 24 hours and as I am pulling into the parking lot an employee sitting in a cafe smoking motioned to lower the window as I watched multiple women walk inside why is supposed to be a closed dinning room. After getting to the drive thru he then shouted that the store was closed as another person came over the intercom to state that they were only accepting exact change due to there card reader being down. Clearly there was a party going on and they couldn’t be bothered with anything else. Absolutely rediculous and frustrating.

It was cool. They were short handed so the wait was a lil long but other than that the customer service was good and food was made correctly.

10-7-2025 Update: The staff was friendly and patient. The young lady at the window was nice and polite. Even though the drive thru line seemed long she held her composure and took orders efficiently, and correctly.

The customer service was extremely poor. The person taking orders in the drive through was shirt and agitated. No straws or ketchup and the sandwiches were extremely poorly made. I won't be back

The manager is running the store great! She looks very professional and greets as soon as you hit the door. She is keeping the store running smoothly. She speaks to her employees kindly. The store is clean. She’s running the floor extremely well! Not only does the lobby look clean but the back area where they are cooking looks great! Her name is Mrs. Bee!
