The only size that they had for frozen drinks is small. The frozen drinks come in the same cups as regular drinks and they had the sizes for other drinks. The cashier was very aggravating with getting my orders wrong. Then she went and asked my little sister if she was okay because even my sister was aggravated. Like ho is you cool? The fountain drinks were watered down. At least the food was hot and good.

When I was ordering my food at the drive through, the girl kept interrupting me and wouldn't let me finish what I was trying to tell her what I wanted.
When I got to the window, I explained in a very nice way to her that she shouldn't interrupt someone when they are speaking. She slammed the window shut and left the window. Thinking someone else might come to the window, I waited for a couple of minutes, and no one came, so I left. I would never recommend this Burger King to anyone! Very poor service!

I can’t even give 1 star for the service option of this review. On Friday Oct. 4th, 2024 at approximately 8:15pm, I pulled up to the drive-thru. A voice came over the intercom and, by the sound of it, it sounded like a lady. At first, she spoke very nicely and asked what I wanted. I was quite sure so I took a short time before speaking. As I was looking through the menu for approximately 20 seconds, she comes back over the intercom and says, “ma’am, I need you to hurry up and order! I don’t have all day!” Which then my response was, “I will GLADY go somewhere else as I don’t appreciate being rushed.” She said just said “aight.” And then I said, “you know I was JUST about to tell you my order, but you were very rude.” She didn’t respond.
As someone who is traveling out of state, this was very disappointing. I’m glad I didn’t follow through with this meal as I don’t trust people who touch my food that are rude for no reason like this woman herself. Not sure who you are, but maybe your boss will see this based on the time and date I gave. God bless you!

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! EVERY TIME I COME HERE SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY FOOD BUT TODAY THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE!!! WHY WOULD YOU HAND ME 6 BURNT BISCUITS AT 6AM!!! . I PLACED MY ORDER AS SOON AS THEY OPENED AT 6 AND THIS IS WHAT I GOT!! AND THEN WHEN I PULLED UP TO BRING THE FOOD BACK, THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT

This review is specifically for 7638 Perkins Rd. Baton Rouge location. This manager really deserves some kudos for a well ran and clean restaurant. My husband and I stopped in around noon to pick up a mobile order on our way out of town on business. The manager was friendly, but very efficient and communicative with her team to ensure timely delivery of pick up orders. The food was fresh, and the restaurant was clean. This is almost non-existent nowadays. The burgers were hot enough to melt the cheese in the few seconds between being made and arriving immediately into my hands. You really can taste the difference when the restaurant is ran well. Great job.

I came here and was unsure of what I wanted so I took a look at the menu for not even 3 minutes. At first the woman said the usual welcome message and I asked if I could have one minute. She said okay let me know when you’re ready, kid y’all not before I could even announce what I wanted. She says do you know what you want to order yet because we have a timer and basically I can’t look over the menu. What’s the point of a menu if you can’t take a second to look over it and decide what you want? Sad! She was rushing me and rude about it. I literally was not there 2 minutes when she did that. I didn’t order anything, I said no that’s okay and left. People are way too ignorant these days and I refuse to give it any of my time or money. The more we cook at home and don’t buy fast food, these places would go bankrupt. These workers act like they don’t need the job anyway so I won’t be back!

Listen to me closely... this is the best experience in fast food that you will ever have in 2024. I have NEVER been into burger king. Ever. Until now. This particular building, their employees and the quality of food that has come out is absolutely stellar and so refreshing. For the past three weeks I have visited after midnight and have had three different people take my order- all of which were incredibly friendly, and recieved what tasted like a hot, fresh sandwich. I get double cheeseburgers and my girlfriend gets chicken sandwiches - and both have been absolute fire. I have a McDonald's right next to where I live but will now blow past it for this particular burger King. I would drive considerably for this. It's so rare to have a good sandwich, hot, with friendly service like this in this day in age- and I can't believe the lines are never chaotic. Honestly, this has become my favorite hidden gem. Excellent work everyone, and thank you for the tasty burgers !
