I came here and was unsure of what I wanted so I took a look at the menu for not even 3 minutes. At first the woman said the usual welcome message and I asked if I could have one minute. She said okay let me know when you’re ready, kid y’all not before I could even announce what I wanted. She says do you know what you want to order yet because we have a timer and basically I can’t look over the menu. What’s the point of a menu if you can’t take a second to look over it and decide what you want? Sad! She was rushing me and rude about it. I literally was not there 2 minutes when she did that. I didn’t order anything, I said no that’s okay and left. People are way too ignorant these days and I refuse to give it any of my time or money. The more we cook at home and don’t buy fast food, these places would go bankrupt. These workers act like they don’t need the job anyway so I won’t be back!

Listen to me closely... this is the best experience in fast food that you will ever have in 2024. I have NEVER been into burger king. Ever. Until now. This particular building, their employees and the quality of food that has come out is absolutely stellar and so refreshing. For the past three weeks I have visited after midnight and have had three different people take my order- all of which were incredibly friendly, and recieved what tasted like a hot, fresh sandwich. I get double cheeseburgers and my girlfriend gets chicken sandwiches - and both have been absolute fire. I have a McDonald's right next to where I live but will now blow past it for this particular burger King. I would drive considerably for this. It's so rare to have a good sandwich, hot, with friendly service like this in this day in age- and I can't believe the lines are never chaotic. Honestly, this has become my favorite hidden gem. Excellent work everyone, and thank you for the tasty burgers !

Tried order side egg and side bacon in drive thru. We were told they could not serve us these items because the had no packaging for them. Burger King should not have these items on there registers if we can't order them. I am ashamed to admit I am born and raised in Baton Rouge, because I hate having any interaction with anyone in the service industry here . No smiles, no manors, and no good service. Don't waste your time or money here. You will be unsatisfied, I assure you...

I tried to call this store to inform them that I accidentally sent a mobile app order to them instead of the correct store and when the lady answered she said hello, and I answered hello and began telling her about the order then she said hello a little louder so I said hello louder and she hung up. My cellphone connection was a SOLID 10, according to my phone, and the episode pissed me off.VERY POOR customer service WILL... NEVER RETURN to that location. I'm Sure It Would Please The Witch VERY MUCH!

When I always pass Burger King; rather it's breakfast or lunch it's totally empty. I was in a rush today and decided since they had no one there I could get fast service. Man, was I wrong!! The lady was really nice who took my order. When I got to the window and paid she asked me to pull up that they were making everything hot and fresh and she would bring it out to me. I waited about I waited about 10 mins and she brought my order out. After waiting 10 mins and being told my food would be hot! The only thing was hot was the fries, the whoppers were "ice cold" even the ketchup that's on the burger was cold; as well as the bun! I now, see why this place stays empty because you never get your food "your way" which is hot and fresh! I will not be back to this one, they need new management!!

Ate here for lunchtime. Very polite and professional staff. Manager was extremely nice. Last time I was here I had a wonderful conversation with a different manager and was also professional, polite. Hard to find these days at a fast food chain restaurant here in Baton Rouge.

Rather than asking questions and helping a customer, workers at this location tell the customer they are ordering the wrong way with extreme attitude. Then they have us wait up front and still bring the food missing a whole meal.
