I love, love, love this place and so does my husband! Everything they make is delicious, especially the crawfish egg roll or the one with crawfish and shrimp. The young lady behind the counter was very nice, too, and the food was ready fast and it

I've been to this location twice, the first time was just visiting, and I didn't order anything because I wasn't in the mood for a burger but the from that specific visit I loved the vibe that the restaurant presented. People were talking and you could see the enjoyment on all of the customers faces. The employees were both courteous and helpful, which is hard to find in establishments these days, especially the restaurant industry.Today, I decided to try the burgers out. The selection is broad and amazing. Their menu options cater to just about anyone's liking of a burger. And that is a huge plus.I ordered the Greek Burger because I'm that person that will try something that isn't commonly found in just any "American Burger" joint. Also, I love taziki! They were honest when I asked questions pertaining to the burger, which made me even more inclined to order it.The Burger:Super Juicy and bold in flavors. I even licked my fingers and, well I don't do that lol. The taziki was well balanced and paired well with the other ingredients.I highly recommend this place not only because the burger was devine but because they present their menu to fit the public and that's is a game changer.

Unique options of scrumptious burgers! I specifically had the Greek style hamburger that was featured seasoned with Greek seasonings, garlic aioli, romaine lettuce, shaved onions, and Roma tomato. It was certainly a hit in my book! The owner, Ben, is an extraordinary chef, to say the least. Honestly, it is one of the most delightful burgers I've had from a restaurant. Our service from the counter by the name of Hanna was also top-notch! And she deserves a raise! In conclusion, BurgerIM was a great success in my opinion, and I'll surely be back soon with more customers! Lastly, big shout out to Brolando for recommending the place and connecting me!

I got the surf and turf burger and it was amazing. My fiancé got the angus burger and she also enjoyed it. They were juicy and full of flavor and cooked very well. The onions rings also had a good crisp and texture. Service was great as well, cashier was patient and understanding. Food came out fast

Editing to add a reply to the owner: I did not review you based on a sticker. I reviewed you based on the fact that you waste peoples' time by not making sure your prices are honestly reflected where people go to look for your prices. Nobody goes to a Facebook or Instagram page to look for a Restaurant menu if it's already right there on Google maps. And nobody expects to go up to a counter to purchase food and find that the $7 Burger advertised is actually $9. That's quite a price difference. That is the main reason for my rating. All of these issues are part of owning a business and it is part of the decision-making process when you decide that you're going to open/buy a business.Original:I had psyched myself up to get a burger and fries for lunch today. When I read the bad review from the other customer that was clearly overblown, I kind of wanted to throw them some business just because. I was afraid it would be pricey, but after looking all over for menu prices and not finding any on their website, I figured that the menu pricing listed right here on their Google maps page must be accurate. However, after going in, I discovered that their prices are actually at least 28% higher than what their menu prices are listed as on Google Maps menu. At least make sure your actual menu prices are available somewhere if they're not going to match with what Google has. And business owners hav control over what is associated with their business on Google Maps, so there's really not an excuse to not update those menu prices. Also, I was a little annoyed to walk in and see a sticker on the door that says Latinx owned. It would seem to me that a Spanish-speaking individual proud of their heritage would understand that the term Latinx is not a real term. The Spanish language is a gendered language. Nouns that change according to gender either end with an O or an a. When the gender is not known or is mixed between male and female, the default is to end it with an O. Therefore, Latino, if you feel compelled to tell us your ethnicity in order to garner business, would be sufficient for anyone of Latin heritage. Kind of glad the prices were exorbitantly higher than expected because I really wouldn't want to give my money to a business with a stupid sticker like that on their door. Grow your customer base by having good products, good service, and good prices, not based on your ethnicity. And please fix your pricing discrepancies.

Don't Do It!I stopped by for the first time to grab a quick lunch. The cashier was very polite and took my order quickly.I ordered two small burgers and chorizo fries. After receiving my order I noticed that the chorizo fries didn't have chorizo and thought I was giving someones order by mistake. When I asked the cashier I was told that the chorizo was "blended into the cheese sauce". It tasted like a thin salty cheese sauce on top of fries honestly. Didn't want to give it much thought , so I simply smiled , said that I understood, then ordered and paid for the plain salted fries. After placing the order the cashier and young female kitchen staff had a quick discussion about my order which I found odd. Since I didn't complain or want anything for free. I was then brought out a container that was obviously dirty and covered with debris and red-ish greas/oil.( pics below)The fries were very oily as well and looked as if they'd been refried in the grease. Not sure why any of that would be there if it was just supposed to be plain fries and it felt really intentional. I wouldn't be comfortable giving that someone to actually eat.I found it insulting and disgusting, so I quickly and quietly finished my soda and threw all the food in the trash. I suppose only "some" paying customers receive decent food here. I definitely won't be back, nor do I recommend.*** side note after speaking with a friend about my poor experience here, I was told that particular female kitchen staff I described can be a bit "nasty" in her preparation with the food. After today I totally believe it****Response to owner.1) I'm not sure why you feel the need to bring up race.2) Being a female minority business owner (which I am as well) doesn't some how give you , me or anyone else a get outta jail free card for providing sub quality services or goods.3) Regardless to why or what the container was covered in, it was a greasy mess that did NOT belong there in the first place. I found it disgusting and personally had no interest in eating it. My choice.4) The race- baiting thing is ridiculous ? . When I say some people got better food I mean just that hunny. If you scroll through your reviews you have "some" people who love your food an "some" people who were served expired items.....5) I have several friends that work at a medical clinic less than a mile from your restaurant, that stated plain and simple that your food quality has gone down and that they've stop eating there because of it.....Lastly if you feel your doing a great job then by all means continue to run your business and handle food how you see fit. Its not my concern, but I will post my review of my experience how I see fit.Have a Blessed day ?*** The owner seems to be making up facts the more she retells the situation so this will be my last response .....The 2 burgers and 2 orders of fries I received didn't taste well and smelled like old grease, probably why it was brown..The tray that I was served was dirty with a substance that was unknown to me. However I suppose the owner feels that I should have just eaten it anyway.Other customers (I don't have coworkers)called the owner's food handling "nasty" after I mentioned this restaurant- I agreeThe owner brought up race because that was the first thing that came to her mind- which says alot.I hope this review helps someone ?
