Excellent food and service from the Burgersmith on Siegen Lane. Great burger options but I did the build-it-yourself, and the outstanding variety of buns, cheeses and toppings made it fun and interesting. It was cooked to perfection and the meat was super tasty and moist. Service was very good and they definitely paid attention to the little things, like bringing out the fries while they were piping hot even though the burger was going to be one or two minutes behind. Very nice touch, and there were others, but suffice to say they're on top of their game. Highly recommended!!

Dinner was great at Burgersmith on siegen lane in Baton Rouge , food was so delicious, great options, including fried green beans, butter and garlic fries, perfectly done beef hot dog and burger. Service was amazing, Levi Hayman, my personable server, did such a great job, including guiding me through their different sauce offerings and brought samples for me to try, their smith sauce is unique and tasty. 1st time trying this chain, was not expecting such great food and service, highly recommend.

Very slow to get a table at lunch. Slow to get waited on. Brought out fries and onion rings 30 minutes before burgers cold!!! Took almost an hour to get food. Poorly trained staff unacceptable ??

This place is very slow to take orders, don't greet customers, and there's no consistency in staff whose in charge of service. This was my first experience there and I will not be back. Part of the food was served cold and had to be remade after waiting at least 45 minutes for it to be served initially.

Excellent made to order burgers. You can have burgers exactly the way you like them. The service was wonderful! We have added this to our places to visit when we travel through Louisiana.

This spot was LEGIT!! I ordered the brisket/Chuck burger with the pretzel bun, smoked gouda cheese, smith sauce and a few other toppings and it was AMAZING!! We also ordered the cheese fries and those were awesome. Top it off with the hazy ipa on tap!!!

let me preface by saying I am a REGULAR and I love the lettuce wrap filet burger so much, I probably get one weekly.
I bought lunch for my staff today- total was $100.78
3 of the 5 Burgers were ABSOLUTELY raw inside. Looked fresh out the meat package in the middle. I ordered 2 of these medium well and 1 medium. The other 2 Burgers- the Bourbon came COMPLETELY plain - 100% dry. I ordered it how it comes, it didnt even have bbq sauce on it. Not sure what happened here, the 5th Burger was a Smith burger and it only had smith sauce on it- they didnt put the onion or cheese.
the fries were soggy, they were out of onion rings so they canceled those.
Just disappointed beyond belief. We love eating here and i dont know if i will again for quite a while unless I go to the Juban location..
