Edit: I did reach out to the GM after he commented on my post but never heard back from him again. Guess he wasn’t interested in making things right after all.
This place was great for years. We ate here most every week. Managers were always on the floor talking and interacting with customers. The last few times we haven’t seen a manager. At all. The service which has always been fast has gotten much slower despite them not having many customers. The last three times we came I ordered my burger cooked medium which is how I’ve always ordered it it came out rare. Tonite it was so raw my husband wouldn’t even eat it and he always gets his medium rare. I even told the waiter to ask the cook please don’t undercook my burger. Waiter didn’t talk to the cook he just typed my request into the computer. Manager never came out. Poor management. Very poor.

We had Lundin for lunch today and she was amazing! I got the Steakhouse burger, she recommended medium well. She also said to try the green beans and she was right. It was a HIT! She’s so attentive and personable, gave us some great laughs. she sold us a Jell-O shot too, to help support a child with cancer. Love Burgersmith!
