While I tend to enjoy the food at Piccadilly's, I was surprised to see that NONE of the line servers wore gloves and not all wore masks. The cashier was handling money and checking parton's boxes after doing so. I witnessed a line server wiping her hair and then grabbing a piece of foil to place in someone's go box to place fried catfish on. The line staff's clothes looked deplorable and unclean. Line servers routinely grabbed go boxes with bare hands while touching the inside of the boxes. I am amazed at the lack of healthy consciousness of the restaurant on Sherwood Forest here in Baton Rouge. I'm truly saddened that in the middle of a pandemic, more care isn't taken by this restaurant's management to ensure the health of the public. :(
Worst food and laziest crew I have ever met. Food tasted old and did not even have ketchup. Literally took 2 bites told my wife to no eat any of her food and walked out. On top of that it was $40.00. I would have had a better experience at an old run down McSonalds
I work downtown and this is the most convenient Picadilly for those working for the State or at the courthouse. My office group go at least once a week for lunch. Always look for the coupon in the Sunday paper. My favorite is the chicken fried steak
I love eating at Piccadilly because you can get green veggies here. Their food isn't the best I've had but it's definitely not bad. Most of my friends say I"m the only one who eats at Piccadilly but that isn't true, lol.
Piccadilly cafeteria is a very good place to have lunch or dinner. Good well prepared and tasty food at a reasonable price. If you paid by the taste you would not mind paying more.
It's a Louisiana chain of cafeterias. I like it a lot, my wife doesn't. The menu is down home comfort food many steps above a Golden Corral or other grazing places of that ilk. The preparation of the food and the quality of the ingredients is substantially better than a Golden Corral etc.
This is a cafeteria with several locations in Baton Rouge including my favorite on Florida Blvd. This location is near the Southern University campus. We ate hear as a team before games when I was in college. The carrot souffle is really good and most of the food is cooked in the Louisiana style of cooking
The quality and portion sizes have gone down tremendously. Some of the entrees are the food that was left over from the day before and reinvented into a new entree. The sides are served from a small ice cream scoop and they make sure not to fill it completely. The decor is very dated.
I have eaten here with my family for years. Inexpensive and family friendly and a great variety of food for everyone
Picadilly started in Baton Rouge. It has great cheap meals, cafeteria style. I point out the $7.99 all you can eat breakfast. - only on weekends, possibly not at all locations. A senior discount may be available.

Cannot even begin to count the number of people that schedule at least one meal a week at the Pic. Food is fresh every day, varied in offerings and I could dine just on the fried okra. Al a Carte is wonderful. You build the meal by picking those things you like even if a regular restaurant would never combine these foods. Very reasonably priced for the portions and quality.
My family and I have eaten at numerous of the locations of this cafeteria restaurant chain for generations. The food is loved by generations of patrons from grandparents to the smallest of great grand-children. A large cafeteria selection of Southern home style cooking as well as seafood and vegetables and deserts. Hard to beat in a a cafeteria!
The food and service is always great, lovely staff, good value for picky eater. The food choices are always great, the restaurant is very clean and the price is right since you can pick and choose what you like.
Piccadilly was a frequently visited resturant for our family when I was growing up. Recent visits have been disappointing in both the food and service. On a recent visit they were out of several items and we were not told until after we had ordered and been seated. Once served, we found the food to be average at best. Unfortunate.
Relaxing and always a person with a piano singing oldies. The food was fresh and tasty. the service lady was wonderful ad veryattentive.
