Food is always amazing! Service, however, is not. This is strictly for take out orders - I’ve never had any problems when dining in! Trying to place the order is an act of congress - I have been placed on hold for a 6 minute wait on more than one occasion. IiI end up having to call back to get off hold. During pick up, I have been missing food on multiple occasions. I completely understand when businesses are very busy, but the three different times that this has happened there haven’t been large crowds of people at all. I love their food and will dine in again, but I am doubting that I’ll pick up an order to go anymore.

Had my order delivered by door dash. The food was hot and fresh as if I had dined in. My order was perfectly prepared and neat with no over spillage. I must say as a former resident of Zachary that Phonecia was my go to. Well everything here was better. I didn’t think that was possible but it was. The only thing I would ask is please get the hummus recipe from the Zachary location. That was the most flavorful and juicy chicken shawarma I’ve ever had. The gyro was cooked to perfection. I’ll be back.
This place hits all the right spots. Great service, ambiance, and super flavorful food executed perfectly! Fresh and just good. So glad I stopped in randomly. Best Mediterranean food I've ever had

Customer service was great! However, my mom and I ordered the shrimp tortellini and it wasn’t very good. The sauce was super runny with no flavor and the shrimp were cooked but had zero flavor as well. My husband and I used to live in Denham and would go to the Phoenicia in Denham and the food was always so consistent. It makes me wonder if maybe this location has a different recipe or something? Maybe it was an off night. Service and appetizers were amazing!
This is one of my favorite restaurants to visit. The chicken shawarma is outstanding, as well as the Mediterranean hummus. Don't forget to ask for whole wheat pita to go with the hummus. Always look forward to my visits to Cafe Phoenicia.
