I’ve been to Caroline’s Cookies at the Bocage location a couple of times now. These are the best cookies on the planet and closest I’ve ever had to my grandmother’s cookies. Their customer service is phenomenal. Hardy is the nicest and kindest person she’s helped me twice and she’s so friendly and greets everyone with a smile. Words cannot express how nice it is to have such an awesome delicious bakery with the greatest hospitality and service imaginable.

I came to this location at 2:00 today because of the new cookie specials based on broadway shows. They were closed when nothing was posted that they were closing or that hours changed. Their Saturday times on the door even still said 10-3 but they had up a closed sign. No instagram post stated that they’d closed earlier and all online places said it was open.

Cookies were delicious but customer service was horrible. I was skipped in line and after I made it known to the worker she ignored me. The customer that skipped had to let her know I was actually next in line so then she took my order. She had a very horrible and racial attitude towards me.

In my opinion these cookies are totally worth the hype. They look like they’d would be hard like other places I’ve had cookies from but they are soooo soft. All the flavors I had were spot on and don’t taste like just sugar. I was really impressed and I’m so excited to try more flavors in the future. As a bonus the cookies are decorated super cute.
