This is hands down some of the best crawfish I’ve ever had. The flavor is insane. No need for sauce!!! Unless that’s your thing… but mine were perfect and juicy and amazing as is.
I have been using Catering Cajun for the past 2 years for the Influential BWN retreat. They are consistently delicious, their team is amazing and their customer service is fantastic. I'm working for a Georgia Power line crew in the Augusta/CSRA area. This is the first good and warm meal we've had sincewe'vebeen "on storm". For catering all over remote areas of Central Georgia, The steak and shrimp was surprisingly good. If I'm ever in Baton Rouge, LA I'm definitely looking this place up.
