Have ordered from Ft Myers/Alico location a few times in the past. Order always missing something but we can usually overlook...not happy but not going to drive back and argue about it. Staff always seem like you're bothering them. Ordered yesterday on app, got home and dressing was no where to be found. One entree was advertised with sliced avocado. We received an intact half of a hard avocado and a giant slice of what looked to be the bottom of a cabbage(?). Other bowl was supposed to be 1/2 arugula 1/2 power greens. It was all arugula. Very disappointing. I doubt we'll order from there again. Sad because it's a good concept.

I went to the one in east liberty. I got the Greek salad and the portion size was so small didn’t fill half of the bowl up. And I did not get my free pita will not come here again not worth the money.

This is my new favorite place, the food was sooo fresh!! Delicious ughh yeah!! love love love it, and the first press juiced heaven on earth. At this point in life, I've realize that I've never had fresh food before i'm so thankful that my friend introduced me to this place.

Lunch hour of power! It was a busy day in CAVA but the workers were doing what they could to be positive and efficient. They were short staffed w/ ppl out due to the flu, but still had a great attitude about it all. Hailey was our server on the line, and she was excellent. Very helpful and pleasant and made our visit delightful. I’ve actually never had any issues at this location so it’s become a favorite. Will be back, per usual.

I had the best experience at cava in bluffton . The young lady making my food was very pleasant and helped me through my order by suggesting stuff and being patient with me. Her name was Raven

St. Aloysius Detroit we pray that God forgive you for harassing me. I forgive you. I was out with my faith group and the cashier thought I wasn't with them; I wanted a smoothie, but I didn't know you didn't sell smoothies. The cashier called the police as I was sitting down next to my faith group. Two pairs of officers appeared; one ignored the situation, while the other asked me to stand, bring my belongings, and provide my name, birthday, and phone number. The officer informed me that the lady at the cash register wanted me to leave. I explained that I was with my faith group, and the officers asked if I wanted them to inform her; I agreed. As I was speaking with the other officer, I turned around and saw my faith group conversing with the other officer, and they told me I could sit back down. I went to pray and then returned to speak with the manager after we had left due to the incident. I was the only black individual in the group. The manager attempted to downplay the situation, suggesting that the police arrived on their own.
