First off if you like mediterranean food this is the place to come to. BEST cava in BATON ROUGE hands down. The staff is all super helpful and have great customer service skills. Always come to this cava at least once a week and enjoy my experience every time. Great management team as well. Big shoutout to Ms.Desi & Michelle.

Love the food and I’m a regular patron of Cava. In all the times I’ve ever gone, on 03/28/24 around 8:30pm was thee absolute worst Cava experience ever. I brought some out of town guests who were having it for their first time and we had terrible, just terrible service here. So badly so, we left and went to Cava on Highland (wish I could say it was better there, but it was not…) we waited for 17 minutes just to get up to the front of the line, for the rude guys to tell us they were out of rice, that we could wait for 15 minutes for the rice, then to tell us that they were out of chicken. Not even one apology. By that time we left and went to the other Cava as we were not waiting for tucked they were out of chicken.
Very nice young man KD from Tallahassee and the new manager Ondi- I think that was his name. They were so helpful and very pleasant. They had biggest smile on their faces. Tasty food

I have been going here for lunch or dinner about 2-3 times a week for the past 3 weeks. It is very busy at lunch time. Regardless of how busy the staff is always pleasant!! Thank you Sylvian (forgot her name this maybe close) she was at the register today at lunch time and the guy fixing the bowls not sure of his name (I'm good with faces horrible with names)!! I appreciate the smiles, positive attitudes and GREAT customer service. They need a tip jar or capability of adding it when paying with cards.Parking: Multiple stores and restaurants in the area so it's really busy.
