I frequently visit this CAVA location, and I feel compelled to share some observations. There is one young man who consistently stands out. He has locs with green tones, and he’s often the one handling the front line by himself. While other team members sometimes appear less engaged, this employee is the one keeping things moving taking orders efficiently, maintaining a positive energy with guests, and even stepping away to help clean in the back when needed.
It’s noticeable that this pattern happens often, not just on one visit. His reliability and effort elevate the entire customer experience, and frankly, he’s the type of employee who deserves recognition and, in my opinion, a raise. Dedicated staff like him are what keep customers like me coming back.
