Cava Alliance Town Center. Y’all delivered soggy food and no sauces! The manager had no solution since they were closing at 8pm. The meals and the money went to trash. Definitely not recommended and please change your manager or give her some basic customer service courses. :)

If you are Latinx and want to feel judge and uncomfortable go to this place. Jeff made our pita because he had to, otherwise he wouldn’t had taken our order. Same thing with the cashier. The food is good but feeling other people are treated better than you just for your race, is a kind of feeling I don’t wish anyone to ever feel.

It’s me again! I asked for Maya, but she wasn’t there this time. However, Tyronne assisted with my order and gave me outstanding service! He also clearly embodies esteemed leadership throughout his team. He was consistently checking on his shift, empowering them, and engaging with customers. A true leader is what he is. I was definitely coming back for Maya, but I’ll most guaranteed be returning Tyronne AND Maya! Look at how I cleaned the plate 😁

Tyronne was excellent. I ordered my food and the wrong CAVA location and showed up at 9:58, 2 minutes before closing time and he made my food for me without hesitation. Excellent food! Even better service!
