First of all, let me preface this with the fact that I have worked for CC's as a barista years ago. More recently, I've been coming to this location for several years and the quality used to be much better. But today, I noticed that quality has declined.
My cafe au lait was mostly warm milk, without the flavor I had ordered. Then when I asked for some coffee to be added to it, I got back just a black coffee.
Then there was loud, rambunctiousness of the baristas. They were cutting up, laughing at jokes while the lobby had crumbs on tables and the trash can was near over-flowing. The lack of customer service, which is know CC's prides itself on, was the final nail in the coffin for me.
The locations at either Hickory Ridge or Prairieville are your best bet if you want a great experience

I asked for a creme brûlée latte with soy milk and for the second one they remade… It was the same thing the first time a caramel latte. I never ordered this. The third attempt it was just hot water.

I almost lost my life taking a sip of that coffee. I have never tasted something like that, 3 different people agreed that it was the worst coffee they’ve ever had in their entire life. Plus we asked for milk and sugar besides the coffee and never got any, and had to repeat our order 4 times to the drive thru speaker. A 0 star option should exist ☹️
This is the best CCs in town. The young people behind the counter were all so courteous and kind and helpful. My drink was prepared quickly and was so refreshing on this 80 degree day. The inside is clean and surprisingly quiet despite the workers blending and scooping and mixing. It's a nice little get away from Perkins road and while I was in here I forgot about the stresses of the outside world. Uniquely peaceful, I was quite surprised by the atmosphere.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Ordered hot coffee and they gave me barely lukewarm coffee that tasted like it’ sat in a coffee pot all day that was turned off and it tasted like cigarette butts. If location wasn’t in such a congested area and traffic so bad, I would have taken it back!! This is ridiculous!!!! You sell coffee..a COFFEE SHOP and you should be able to get it right!!
