Gave this store three times to get it right , everytime I go here I have a bad experience. Today was the last straw as I sit at the window in look at my drink while no one never came to the window to take my payment!! Drink just sitting there. I’m over this location!!!

Free WiFi, very good peaceful environment off of Airline Hwy anytime of the day to grab a cold refresher (Rose Glow) with a energy (Kick) shot of lotus (better than Monster or C4-flavor/caffeine) with outside and inside tables and customer service with a smile that knows your name and what you like as a regular guess!

CC's is my new addiction since moving to Baton Rouge. I love that it has that coffee flavor still, while also having the layers of flavor. Their Mochasippis are my favorite! Other coffee shops tend to be too sweet and more flavor than coffee taste, but I still like the coffee taste and I like the balance CC's has. Their food, refreshers, and smoothies are good too!

Espresso machine broke twice during our visit. Took a while of standing infront of the counter before anyone would offer me a refund. Refund process was messy, was told my full order was refunded (no refund receipt) and was asked to pay for my partial order.
