I have purchased several of these drinks and this is the first time I’ve ever received a drink like it is a coffee with cream on top no ice are frozen chips at all worst 8.19 ever spent and the phone number doesn’t work. If you use the drive thru please check order before leaving. I am just out done with this one!!!!

Make sure you mention less sugar to avoid diabetes.
Had to stop going here as often as I'd like. There's no consistency with the Espresso No. 22 drink I order each time. I often drive off realizing they didn't add any sweetener, and more times than not, it's lacking in the amount of espresso it should have. It's a pricey drink, so I'm expecting to get the caffeine I'm paying for. I started going to another location near my work, and they get it right. This location is closer to home and more convenient, but I've been avoiding it recently. The employees at the window are lovely, but something is lacking in the training for making these drinks at this location. Have had this problem for at least 7 months now.

Fine service but please get rid of asking people for tips. This is a drive through, not a restaurant. I'm not tipping at Burger King or Wendy's or CVS. It's already a $6 cup of coffee halfway filled with ice. Why would I tip here? It seems as if they don't pay their workers enough so I have to make up the gap. And it's bad enough that it's like that at restaurants. Pay people enough that I don't have to be begged for more money than this place demands.
