Service is very slow……….. every time!
Worst service almost every time. It’s hard enough to maneuver through the ridiculously-tight drive-thru but the girl working the window at 7:13 am on 2/17 (order #28) couldn’t be bothered to hold the card reader still while she flirted with the male in the background. I had to lean out of my car just to reach her. Rude. Inefficient. Incompetent. This is the first time I’ve ever declined to tip any service worker.

Great local coffee house at Arlington Creek. Staff has a friendly vibe and are super polite. Good coffee and pastries and a great place to meet, work, or just chill.

The cashier was exceptionally helpful. I told her I had never been here and she helps me select a great tasting coffee. At the end the barista handed me my drink with a smile and said a good day! Than you for awesome service! 😊

Went inside to order no one was in line and waited 5 mins and no one tried to take my order or anything before I walked out. Never experienced this kind of rudeness before at a CCs. Very unprofessional and I was extremely disappointed.

I regularly frequent this coffee shop for its convenience. But I found a plastic bit in my coffee. After paying 8 dollars for a latte, I'd like it to not include plastic. I don't think I'll be back.
