My favorite coffee. Comparable to the midwest to Scooters Coffee or Caribou Coffee. Loads better than Starbucks.

They're always super-friendly here and mostly consistently quick with getting orders out to customers. I've yet to have a negative experience here to date.
As a bonus, they usually always have the latest 225 magazine available to pick up.

I work right down the street so I visit anytime I have a few extra minutes before work. I usually get someone different at the counter every time but everyone has the same level of amazing customer service. Even when they are visibly busy and overworked they knock the customer service out of the park. Always sweet, never too pushy with promotions, and fast! LOVE this location and will pass up others just to come here.

CC's mochasippi is the best. It's made with the best coffee around, Community! If you love frozen coffee like I do yourself a favor and try one. You won't be disappointed!

I will start off by saying, I love CC’s coffee. It is cleaner than Starbucks and it is local. I absolutely love that a local coffee chain that has been around since as long as I can remember can compete with the big chains. However, I need to raise a few issues that I have with this location.First, I strongly disagree with the tip culture that has been instilled in the employees. You order, then pay, then they show you a window with different tip amount options. If you tip, they treat you well, if you do not, they get visibly angry and this is not a misunderstanding. They can see the amount and tell if you tip or not.Second, as a non-every day customer, I would like to see the menu sometimes. They put an employee outside trying to mimic chick-fil-a, but there is no menu to look at nor one in their hand to show you. I had to correct my order at the window and was out the difference in what I paid. This location is busy, but not busy enough to warrant that. I have been here enough times to see the same guy being put out in the parking lot either in the <40 degree cold or literally even in the rain in a raincoat. This is absolutely poor treatment of employees and just bad business practices.I always recommend solutions when I write my reviews.- Corporate is right here in Baton Rouge, at least have someone whose job it is to pay regular visits to local locations and oversee how the managers are managing. This one needs some attention.- Change your payment system and how orders are taken, I can say that if I feel extremely bothered, as I rarely do, this tip culture at this and potentially other locations needs to change. Do not make your customers feel like they have to pay extra or get treated poorly at your locations.
