They served me a half frozen, stepped on bacon, egg and cheese croissant. When brought to the baristas attention, she felt the inside, agreed it was cold and proceeded to re-heat it in the microwave, even though she touched the inside of it. Never again.

I love CC's and have never had a bad experience. I brought a friend who was new to CC's for the first time. I had never been to this CC's on airline before. Everything was fine but once we left the drive thru she picked up her drink and there was a hole on the side of her cup. It slowly started spilling in the cup holder and then all of sudden when she picked it up it spilled all over her clothes and car. We quickly went back to ask for another coffee and the young man doubted us and had to ask if we should get one or not. Would I have had to pay for another coffee even though they were the ones who gave me a cup with a hole in it?? They ended up giving us the same amount of half filled coffee in a new cup and didn't even say sorry or anything. They just wanted to get rid of us and call it a day. Not coming back to this CC's.

Terrible attitude from barista. She couldn't be bothered to stand up and take a sizeable order. If I didn't need coffee for a long drive I would have skipped this stop. Awful experience, regardless of quality of product.

So I am a tea drinker over coffee and I don't expect CCs to have the best tea or anything but I was very disappointed with my order today. I ordered a chia tea late with soy milk and a shot of espresso (for a little extra kick). What I got was basically coffee milk with a tiny bit of cinnamon flavor. I'm not even sure it's soy milk (which is a dietary issue). A chai latte should taste like spices over everything, not like watered down coffee milk. This is not this first time I've had a not so great experience with tea at CCs. Just a heads up for those who are like me and don't drink coffee, don't get their tea, it's not worth the price.

I received exceptional service from this specific CC's location. Yesterday I went through the drive thru to order on my way out of BR when a wasp begin to fly around the window of my car. The employee taking care of my large order saw that this was happening while trying to ring me up and stepped out of the store. He shooed off the wasp with a broom, came back in and finished up our order all while remaining very sweet and professional. All I really wanted to say was this place has amazing coffee and even more amazing employees!! I love this place and will always come back when I'm in BR.

This was posted after I have sent 2 emails to corporate office with NO Reply over 3 weeks ago. I am from New Orleans and travel on a regular basis for my job and daughter playing tennis across South. Every town I'm in I look for a CC's(will always go to CC's first)or PJ's as I'm not a fan of Starbucks. I am not one to complain about poor/rude service;I usually just take my business elsewhere. However this weekend was just that bad on Sunday and even worse on Monday(should have quit while I was ahead)! Mid-day Sunday took almost 15 minutes to buy 1 cup of coffee and while waiting in line had to listen to the young cashier obnoxiously argue with man making the coffees(he was the most professional person in the place on both visits-early-mid 50's with glasses). 2 people walked out during this and me and the lady in front of me had a good laugh about. Not sure why, but decided to go back after Monday am tennis match and bring my entire family and a friend. The 4 teenagers and my 22 year old son went up to get breakfast sandwiches and drinks. Your extremely rude manager, Henry, tells them no breakfast sandwiches today and walks off. They called him back and after few rude comments mumbles they close early today? Since no sandwiches available, they ran next door to chick fila and bought in while my wife and I were drinking our coffees. Rude Henry leans over counter and tells them to leave with the food. I then get up and question his absolute rudeness at this time and how I had watched him act to my children when they first tried to order. With his "I could care less" attitude he mentions sausage patties were frozen( they were not even ordering sausage), they were closing at 3:00(it was 10:30am) and he was busy. I almost fell on floor when I asked for the Gen.Manager to discuss his rudeness and total lack of people skills and he said he was the GM! It did however make sense of the total lack of Customer Service in the entire store! I was also very surprised that your "Global Office" is in Baton Rouge and you have this guy representing your Brand? This guy has no business in the Hospitality industry!

As I live not even a mile away from this location, it's my go to. Unfortunately, the quality of it is slipping. I've had to come back before as my drink wasn't correct (they replaced it with the correct drink promptly and were very nice about it) but today is about my final straw. My wife's drink (the caramel mochasippi) is all the way filled and looks to be right. Mine however isn't even all the way filled. I just got it and haven't even taken a single sip of it yet. To be very clear, I come to this location about 95% of the time and I always tip as I have worked in the service industry and know what it's like. But when I can't even get a fully filled drink, I now know that this location isn't worth my time to come to.

Stopped by to get some chicory coffee. I was hopping for something similar to what you can get in downtown NOLA but was sadly disappointed. The coffee was unimpressive and had little chicory flavor. I'm sure there are some good options here and my review is extremely specific I'll have to make another trip and try something different.

I live in FL and went here to try something new. I got the turtle "mochasippi" and a spinach croissant. Both where super good and the guy helping me was super funny & friendly! Definitely to par like Starbucks
