They are ALWAYS so incredibly slow. Each time I come here, the drive thru takes a very long time regardless of the amount of cars in line. I typically wait 6-10 mins. No on inside seems to move with any sense of urgency. I started going to the Starbucks across the street.

This used to be my go to place. I recently visited this café and, unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. I ordered a coffee, which arrived lukewarm and unappetizing — not the comforting pick-me-up I had hoped for. But the lack of warmth didn’t stop there; the customer service mirrored the temperature of my drink. Although it was a Saturday, there were no smiles or pleasantries, just a sense of indifference from the staff. As I waited to order, I couldn’t help but notice two employees staring blankly at me, wearing expressions of clear discontent. When my order was finally taken, the same lackluster attitude was evident. I observed the staff interacting with other customers, and unfortunately, the vibe remained the same — cold and unwelcoming. It’s a shame, because a little friendliness can make all the difference, but here, both the coffee and the service left much to be desired.

2 separate times I made a mobile order and they gave me a hot latte instead of iced. Always a long wait even if you order ahead. For as expensive as they are, you would expect better quality and service.
Nice place with good service. Good spot for a casual conversation. Decent access. Thanks for the coffee break.

Horrible experience!! My wife and I usually go to another location but chose to stop by this one today. Horrible service. I don’t appreciate the workers talking about drugs they have been doing over the years or hear about store drama about coworkers and hear about a mean new boss while waiting for my order by the bar. You can tell they looked aggravated with each other as well. Service was slow. Just overall a poor atmosphere and place to go. Drinks were okay. They didn’t put enough caramel drizzle even after asking for extra. Don’t plan on coming back to this location.

Edit review: This CC’s is really starting to loose its touch. This is the 3rd time they gotten an order of mine wrong. I still give this place some credit for the professionalism of the staff, but I cannot recommend this location anymore if they keep messing up people orders, and it wasn’t even that busy in the restaurant mind you.
