For management: I really hate the up selling at the drive thru. Before you can even order, they try to sell something extra, and after you say no and place your order, they try again. Aggravating.
Make sure to take advantage if the first time check-in special!! 50% off a grade coffee!!
Good place to sit and read, as the music's not too loud.
