Honestly they are not the quickest but they are very polite and I like how they actually utilize calling out the numbers to give your order out. However, every time I get coffee from here it’s so strong and tastes drastically different from the same coffee that I get from the CCs in the library. I still drink it though because I’m not about to waste money lol
Horrible service! Go to Banes and Noble on campus instead

iced mochas are better here than at pjs and starbucks!
The salted caramel is better here than at sbux.
For management: I really hate the up selling at the drive thru. Before you can even order, they try to sell something extra, and after you say no and place your order, they try again. Aggravating.
