I have gotten an iced caramel latte twice now from here and both times the cashier woman was always so kind to me, she asks how everyone is doing and seems very sincere , she makes my day!
Love the coffee, but I’ve come across this employer all the time. She’s always got an attitude, never nice, and sometimes leaves the front (even when she’s the only one working) for 5min. she is also on her phone between each person when there is a long line. I understand everyone’s got stuff going on in their personal life, but please do your job.
Watch them like a hawk if you order non dairy for medical reasons.. I watched them make my soy mocha with milk 3 times instead of soy..... longest day of my life. But they were friendly about it and it tasted good in the end
